  Just back from a week stay, was a bit apprehensive due to such mixed reviews, we opted for bed and breakfast, breakfast was always tasty and had a wide variety of pastries, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, meat, cheese and cooked food. The staff where always very friendly, hotel was clean and tidy. Room was cleaned daily and the air-conditioning worked great, you could see the sea from our balcony and was a perfect view to see the sun rise. My only negative comment is the balcony door lock was broken but this didnt worry me as I wasn't leaving anything valuable in the room I had given passports and cash to my mother in law who lives there.

  The walls in this hotel are paper thin, you can hear the people next to you from your room. Me and my partner couldn’t even sleep one night due to it being so loud. The towels are all dirty. When reception was told about the towels they just said “ok we get you another one” but then the other ones were dirty too. 3 times in one day we had to ask for new towels because they all came with unknown stains on them. The staff don’t even properly acknowledge your frustration they just say “ok sorry” and proceed to put “new” towels in that are still dirty, even on the pillows there are unknown stains. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you like hearing everyone around you in their rooms and if you like sleeping on dirty pillows and using dirty towels to dry yourself with.

  We stayed at Azuline Palmanova in early June 2025, and everything about our experience was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff was incredibly kind and accommodating — they even gave us the room of our choice on the 3rd floor, with a beautiful view. The room had everything we needed: the air conditioning worked perfectly, hot water was consistent, and everything was clean and functional. The housekeeping team cleaned the room daily, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was a highlight — the buffet was varied and delicious every morning, and the staff at the restaurant were always respectful and attentive. We were also lucky with parking; there was always a spot available right next to the hotel, which made things much easier. Considering the great service and amenities, the price was very reasonable compared to other options in the area. Lastly, the location is perfect — close to everything you need in Palmanova. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

  For its level it is very decent. I did not regret choosing this hotel - not a single complaint for all 13 nights. The room for single occupancy is not their best offer because of the small tinted window, but special thanks to the staff for agreeing to change it for a standard room.

  Great hotel for the price. Nice clean rooms with ice cold air conditioning. Breakfast was good. Food from the pool bar was great, the staff were great and very efficient. A short walk from/to the beach, although it’s up/down a big hill (or steps). Less than €5 for a taxi from the hotel to the beach if you are not up for walking. Reception will happily book a taxi for you. I’d definitely return.
