I was not sure how to rate this hotel. We had ajoining rooms on the non Royal Level. Therefore I would say at best this is a 4 star hotel. We asked for higher floor rooms in a quiet location as it was our honeymoon. We got given floor 1 facing main pool ! Once I had fixed the patio doors they were reasonably quiet ( the doors had pulled out of the frames so noise was coming in). Any room nearer the entertainment area is going to get noise until about 22.30. Rooms were big and well equipped but one had the door issue and a towel rail that kept falling off the wall. The hotel did fix a flickering bulb quickly. Rooms are a little tired but cleaned everyday to a good standard. Food is served in Drago self serve restaurant. Breakfast was good with huge selection but not always everything was available. Similar for evening buffet, plenty of choice. In both cases the food was pretty bland and of varying quality - but if careful with your choices it was OK. I still can't accept any 5 star hotel has a buffet for evening meal but it seems to be the way of holiday style hotels today. The staff we interacted with were all very nice and helpful. Evening entertainment was typical holiday fair. Some a good laugh and the acrobats were incredible. Some of the singers were interesting! Only one pool was heated so it got a bit busy finding beds but the other pools were fine and it's not far to walk. The hotel is located in a windy spot and seems to be designed as a wind tunnel. Early in our week it got too strong to sensibly stay by the pool - not the hotels fault but worth bearing in mind. Once the calima hit and wind stopped it was great. Location is OK with good walks in either direction to local bars and restaurants. Overall it was fine but probably wouldn't come back.

I stayed at this hotel in February, just after my birthday, and honestly, it was one of the best holidays I’ve ever had. This hotel shouldn’t even be a four-star – it truly deserves five stars! From the moment I arrived, the experience was amazing, but what really made it unforgettable were the staff and entertainment team. Asia led the activities like yoga and Pilates, and her classes were absolutely incredible. They were refreshing, energising, and so well delivered. She engaged with everyone so naturally and made every session feel welcoming and uplifting. She is truly amazing at what she does and deserves so much recognition. Manu brought so much life to the poolside games and daily entertainment. He was interactive, attentive, and always there if you needed anything. He made everything so much fun and created such a great atmosphere around the pool. Nico and David were also phenomenal. They interacted with everyone during the games and activities and made sure no one felt left out. Their energy, friendliness, and enthusiasm made the whole experience even more special. I also met Manuel during my stay, and he was very welcoming and friendly. Even in the short interaction I had with him, you could see he’s part of the same positive and engaging team that makes this hotel so special. I travelled alone, and because of them, I never once felt alone. They made my trip incredibly special. The hotel itself was beautiful. My room was stunning, and the view was amazing. I especially loved the modern glass-door shower and toilet design – such a nice touch. The range of activities available throughout the day and evening was fantastic, and the evening entertainment was just as impressive. For the first time ever, I went on holiday and didn’t even feel the need to go sightseeing because I was so drawn to the hotel, the atmosphere, and the people there. That says everything. I am 1,000% going back – purely because of the entertainment team, the activities, and the incredible staff. Thank you, Asia, Manu, Nico, Manuel, and David for making my stay unforgettable. I can’t wait to return! ❤️

We had a wonderful experience! The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable right away. We also went on a walk through a beautiful nature reserve with our guide, Arturo. He was such a cheerful and enthusiastic person, and his positive energy really made the experience even more enjoyable. We truly had a great time and would definitely recommend it!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were kind and helpful, and all greeted us kindly. Rooms were clean and modern. Food was top notch, great variety over the days, and all inclusive drinks included international booze. For someone who doesn’t mind seeing/hearing aircraft landing at the nearby TFS Airport, it was in a good location, but I can imagine some people may not feel the same, on the other hand, it being a 15 minute drive away is a huge bonus! Would stay again!

A unusual experience let say with nice words))) Of course at the first view it is a nice hotel with a good location. Until you do not access the room which is also nice spacious but the cleaning was horrible. That is why we had to expect the animals because they show the hygiene level in the hotel. Also we saw few outside, so if you google you will discover that they are very nice in a place with lack of hygiene and could transmit also disease and etc. Luckily we stayed just one night there, thank you for experience, never again)))
