  The photo doesn't match the building; it's from another 4-star hotel in the area, and they're fed up with people going there to ask questions. The building's stairwell is filthy. You share a house with a Russian family who don't speak Spanish at all; they only communicate with gestures. Their small dog bit my partner, and then the owner got angry because of the bad reviews I left on Booking.com. The dog is only 20 cm tall—I don't care about size—and it bit my boyfriend, which is unacceptable. They don't even have a TV in the room, which is essential these days. It's shared, as is the kitchen. In the bathroom, they left us a bottle of shower gel, practically with a finger—thankfully, I always carry some just in case. The walls are so thin you could hear everything: them walking by, their baby crying, and the dog barking. A terrible experience that we won't repeat.

  After the owner assured us they had a reservation, on the day of arrival there was no room available. She offered no solution other than a refund, leaving two people stranded and without accommodation. This demonstrates their poor organization and terrible customer service. Think twice before booking accommodation at this place.

  They accept pets, but discriminate against potentially dangerous breeds (PPPs) and won't allow them in. And getting a refund can be problematic if the owner cancels the reservation because they don't like the dog, since no establishment specifically states that PPPs are prohibited.

  They offer you the room as if it were private and don't mention that it's a shared apartment where they live. On top of that, they charge you everything upfront, and when you ask questions, they're no longer interested in talking to you and hang up on you. Terrible.

  I don't know if it was mediocre, but the owner's attitude was awful. She had a reservation and left two people stranded. She refunded their money, but then claimed the card was expired. You definitely shouldn't trust them.
