Fantastic value for money. We stayed for 4 nights all inclusive and were thoroughly pleased with our holiday. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the buffet food, especially dinner, was probably the best I've ever had at an all inclusive (and many of those are rated 5 star hotels). The cocktails were excellent and good choice of local spirits available on the all inclusive. We liked the poolside bar as a good option for day time snacks and the table service was excellent. The hotel has everything you need including a fridge in the room and free luggage storage services for the last day. The cleanliness was very good and the decor is modern and pleasing. Considering the money we paid I would 100% recommend this. While I will be coming back and don't have any complaints, no place is perfect...my main negative feedback points are: 1. the smoking area at the pool bar is a bit too forgiving so for non-smokers its not always easy to sit and avoid the smokers. 2. the late night snacks to be a bit more choice and to be until at least midnight.

Beautiful hotel - Definitely worth a visit! Room was bright, very clean and spacious with a lovely balcony, had a stunning bathroom with nice toiletries and plenty of towels and lots of nice touches like a fridge and plenty of sockets. The gardens and pool are stunning with plenty of sun beds, parasols and even has poolside massages and hairdressers. The hotel also has a nice gym, handy shop and a Dr's as well as pcs at reception. The food was fantastic -truely the best buffet I've ever had at an all inclusive - always fresh with plenty of choice. The drinks were great - had wonderful cocktails both at the pool side bar and indoor bar - Definitely recommend the mojitos! Last but not least the staff were friendly, engaging and helpful - we will be returning!

Large, immaculately-clean 4-star hotel with a 5-star swimming pool. Reasonably priced and we paid with Avios points. The area west of Palma and east of Magaluf is a great place to stay, with lots of cool cafes and restaurants. There seems to me just a few key things that probably preclude many people giving it a full 5-star review. First and foremost, it's up on a hill and you need to walk a dodgy 200m stretch of road with no pavement (or take the long way around) when coming on foot. There is a shuttle provided. The rooms are clean and very good showers but a little motel-like, and the "double" turned out to be 2 singles pushed together. Neither room service nor coffee in the room. Finally, 07:30 is far too late for breakfast (or for my first coffee of the day!!). Highly recommended though in terms of bang-per-buck and we'd stay again.

Stayed here for 4 nights as a couple and it was a great experience. Tasty food and cheap drinks. It was 22 euros to eat dinner at the buffet area (we were bed and breakfast only) and drinks not included, but glass of wine was 3.50. The pool is huge and lots of free sunbeds around. The beds were so so comfy, amazing powerful shower and it was quiet during the night. We went out every night as we were bed and breakfast only, the free bus into palma nova comes every hour until 18.30 and stops right at the hotel reception. 15 mins drive into the main palma area then there's are tons of restaurants and bars. If you are out later than 18.30, you have to get a taxi back and it cost around 14 euros and no issues atall. There are restaurants and bars about 10 minute walk from the hotel. I saw reviews about it being steep hill or lots of stairs but I didnt find it very steep. Theres also a small beach that was lovely. The staff in the hotel are really helpful and friendly I would say the only downfall was the fridge doesn't keep anything cold (beers and water in the fridge turned warm) and the maids are quite loud in the morning, moving around chairs, so woke us up around 6.30am. Other than that it was a great stay and I would reccomend!

The bedroom was modern but had a lot of wear and tear. Thankfully we were only staying 3 nights as the room would have been very small for a longer stay. The shower base was fibre-glass and had some broken bits by the drain. Unfortunately the worst thing about our stay here was the attitude from staff. Every transaction and interaction was met with rudeness. The reception staff were the only staff that were not rude from the outset. The common areas of the hotel are nice, and they are clean but it is very basic. The food and drink was good for the cost.
