  Really convenient location close to everything. We had the family room which had two floors for 4 people. The beds were sooo comfortable, and the shower was amazing. It was very clean and bright. The receptionist who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quirky and interesting. WiFi was free and reliable!

  Great location. Front of staff were kind. Shower is great. The rest is awful. The rooms are very hot and you are unable to regulate the temperature- the fan produces heat only. You are told 24/7hr reception via WhatsApp, they did not answer. The beds are very hard and the noise from the corridors filters right through into your room. Being on the second floor you still heard some noise in the room from the bar on the ground floor. Was so looking forward to a night in Palma. Disappointed.

  I paid 274 euros per night for a mid-oct travel. - Likes 1. The room is not small, 28 m2 2. There is a balcony - Dislikes 1. The fridge temp is set to low, cannot control, you can only keep beverages. 2. Amenities are bare minimum. If I pay such price, not located in the heart of city center, a hotel comes with such, slippers, bathrobe, tissues, etc. not here. 3. It is almost like Airbnb, it is pretty much self service including storing luggages, you communicate mainly via WhatsApp beyond 9-5 hr. 4. The pillow is quite uncomfortable and so as the mattress. 5. The bed linen appears to be the lowest price point, did not feel good on the skin. 6. Overall I felt like being in an affordable student housing, rather than a pleasant & cozy room.

  Staff was friendly, rooms are clean, Location is very good. Unfortunately the building is very poorly renovated towards sound proofing. When people in the adjacent rooms are just talking it feels like they are standing next to your bed.

  Such a great location that it is quiet and one min walk from everything you can imagine. Walkable 10-15 mins to most places around Palma that are buzzing, clean and tidy and suggested for younger folks though as rooms for 4 have galleries with very odd steps to it.
