  We made a last-minute change and added Can Aulí as our first stop. We were two couples — the husbands riding in the mornings while the wives hiked or went antiquing. We had already booked Hotel Valldemossa, which is part of the same IT Mallorca Collection, and were looking for a nice hotel in Pollença to begin our trip. Starting there made perfect sense for rides like Formentor and Sa Calobra. Can Aulí turned out to be a beautiful discovery — a serene property with attentive service and a dedicated bike garage. The transfer between the two IT hotels was seamless: no need to recheck passports, just a warm welcome and a bottle of cava waiting for us. Everything at Can Aulí was pristine. Highly recommended.

  We chose this hotel for our group of 15 people during a cycling trip in Mallorca. The hotel was absolutely wonderful: great location, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast with a lot of healthy options, dinner menu was fantastic too! But it’s also the staff who made our stay really special: Krasi at the reception, Angela, the general manager, Noe and Constantin were absolutely amazing, very helpful and accommodating. We had such a wonderful stay and would love to come back one day!

  A Perfect Wedding Weekend at Can Aulí We had the most incredible wedding weekend at Can Aulí, and it was everything we dreamed of and more. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a peaceful, authentic space that felt both luxurious and warm. Our room was beautifully designed in true Spanish style—elegant, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches. The entire hotel had such a calm, serene atmosphere, and the pool area quickly became our favorite place to relax and soak in the sunshine. We truly enjoyed every second. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with a delicious and varied selection, including plenty of healthy options that made each morning feel like a treat. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made us and our closest friends and family feel incredibly special the entire weekend. Their care and attention to detail added a personal touch that meant the world to us. We’re already dreaming of coming back. Can Aulí holds such a special place in our hearts now—thank you for making our celebration so magical!

  It's not really a luxury retreat but it is a lovely space. We didn't think the breakfast was as images show, I see a lot of content around field to table narrative and curated spread but it wasn't the case. There are nice homely touches in the room which were very much appreciated. Great location and peaceful garden. The lounge area is lovely.

  Every detail was wonderful. The interiors and room styling is warm and modern whilst embracing the original heritage of the building. I love the open kitchen with Tina and “Bob” serving amazing dishes. The hotel team were so helpful! Nothing was too much trouble and it was obvious they really enjoyed working at the property.
