  It’s an OK hotel. As a couple we wouldn’t return because A) pool area is enclosed, no views at all, concrete jungle surrounds you. B) Food is OK at best, not tasty, but rather edible. C) pool is cold, limited sun due to buildings D) Entertainment is ok , nothing special E) port near the beach F) not much within walking distance G) pool looks dirty because of the brown tiles Positives A) rooms are spacious and newly refurbed C) close to Salou which is lovely

  We have been staying here for a few days. We are here for a week. Our duplex room is very nice. Our room upstairs is absolutely huge. Overall its clean. Every day we find cigarette butt's on our balcony, we don't smoke! I can only assume people are throwing them off the higher balconies. The hotel is nice. The staff are friendly. The food is not great. Overall a good family hotel in a nice location just a shame about the food. I wouldn't come again.

  We stayed for a week, the food was always rotating every day so there was always something new to try, the waiters were super friendly and welcoming, they made you feel like a friend more than a customer. The pool is always cool and if you want to get away from the hustle then beach is only a 3 minute walk away. However where this hotel really shines is it's entertainment team, we got to know Gabri and Maria during our stay and I can not stress enough how wonderful and fantastic they were with the children and the guests, absolutely brilliant people and a real shame that we couldn't stay longer to get to know them more. They really help make the place special.

  This hotel is geared towards families and has plenty of activities throughout the day and night for children, however for a couple wanting a relaxing get away.. it couldn’t be worse. I’ve seen reviews saying the hotel is quiet but I have to disagree. The pool area is extremely loud with constant entertainment and music blaring through the speakers and the pool itself is way too small to accommodate for the hotel. I found myself having to seek solace in my room as the pool area was simply overwhelming. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin and we were blessed with some noisy neighbours which made relaxing in the room impossible too. The room was really pretty - loved the decor as it felt modern but also had elements of traditional spanish style. There’s a safe and a fridge that can be used free of charge and a TV that you can sync your phone to. Rooms are “cleaned” daily except for Sundays. Take the word “cleaned” lightly… they come and make the bed and change the bin bag if you’re lucky. I don’t think they changed the bed sheets once all week or even bothered to look in the bathroom. The selection for all inclusive is good; it has self serve drinks and bar service. People were always queuing waiting for the snack bar to open! It’s a great service for when you fancy a bite to eat throughout the day. The restaurant gets very busy but the food selection is good, there’s always something to eat. It seemed like they did a themed night each night (different cuisines). The staff unfortunately were not the friendliest. It wasn’t very nice to feel unwelcome and I have never experienced this anywhere else. I don’t think one of the restaurant or reception staff cracked a smile at me the whole week. The bar staff were polite but only once I spoke to them in spanish. One highlight is the entertainment staff outside - they endeavour to involve everyone and have high spirits always. Unfortunately this wasn’t a great stay for us. This is partly down to me and my partner not being their ideal clientele as previously stated this is a hotel for families with children. I left feeling more exhausted than when I had arrived. However the area around the hotel is lovely so definitely have an explore if you do visit. I don’t think I will be returning but if you’ve got young children who you’d like to keep entertained all day, this might be the place for you!

  On my last day at this hotel after 6 days. Good points- food really nice and good choice and quality. Entertainment very good and great for kids. Good location and nice beach too. Bad points check in very slow when you arrive, sunbed situation is a joke. Will take your sunbed to give to Spanish guests. Good luck getting one and keeping it. Not enough at all. Pool small and extremely busy. I don’t agree with 10 euros deposit per towel as that’s 50 euro that you won’t get back until end of your holiday. Rooms are nice but wouldn’t say they are cleaned. You get bin emptied and clean towels. I have to be honest I wouldn’t return
