  We didnt know what to expect after reading some of the reviews but all I can say is we would definitely go back. Ok it wasnt 5 star but we didnt book 5 star. The place was clean the staff couldn't of been any more helpful. The pool and area around it were great (no problems with sunbeds) Food was great I needed a special diet, they made my meal separate every mealtime and the variety was great and the staff in the resturant were wonderful. So all I can say is dont read other peoples coments try it yourself I'm glad we did.

  Stayed here last year and the hotel was due for a huge refit as it was very 1970s no aircon in the rooms and the pool is small , the hotel owns the lido just down the hill and guests get in for free ,the lido is great and they change the water and jet wash the pool weekly ,the area around the hotel is due for major reconstruction so this will improve things . I recomend getting a bus pass as the bus service is good and you get to explore the area and get to visit the many markets . Thompson charge £10 to take you to a market where as the bus will take you for 2 euros .some parts of the island are like blackpool if you like that sort of thing and others are quite different . I didnt think I would like tenerife but loved it

  Solo estuvimos recibiendo el año, vi varias áreas comunes del hotel y me pareció lindo. La atención del personal fue lo mejor. El lugar de la fiesta bien, barra libre, cotillón, música y unos fuegos artificiales súper bonitos. Para más lugares maravillosos en Instagram @vidatogoo
