This is one the nicest hotels we have stayed at. All staff are exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Location is excellent right on the beach! Great food lots of choice, we stayed half board and it was worth every penny. The entertainment in the evenings was really good great variety. On the downside one lift was out of order for our 10 day stay, at busy times this could be frustrating, also as one lift was very small it was hard to get wheelchair in although we were on second floor we needed lift access. Drinking water stations are Situated in dining and pool area to fill water bottles, great idea!!! Pool area was fine although at 9am everyone rushed to put towels out to get best beds as onside didn't get the sun until afternoon. Went to beach, wanted 40 euros for 2 sunloungers with padding a parasol with table, never have I been charged such extortionate prices!!!! I wouldn't encourage them, it's no wonder beach was quite. Overall this a fantastic hotel in a prime location and I would highly recommend and will definitely be looking to book for next year🙂.

Excellent trip at the end of October! The hotel is literally on the beach. It has everything you need for a lovely stay. A lost star for the room always feeling a little bit sandy, but I know this is hard with it being on the beach. We didn’t use the pool or sun beds as it wasn’t quite warm enough. The food was FABULOUS a nice dining experience with everything on offer. Breakfast & dinner both enjoyable and healthy options along with toddler friendly food. Half board includes water only but the bar menu was cheap! Staff were all very lovely. The hotel was pleasant to look at too. Can’t comment on the entertainment as we didn’t go but there was multiple activities advertised each day and a mini disco and adult entertainment each day. Bike hire is available at the front desk, 2 bikes (one with a child seat attached) and kid helmet for €20. Perfect break for a family with toddler. Walking distance to a small town with shops, cafes, restaurants, amusements, multiple parks and shops. There is also a small supermarket next to the hotel with a cash machine.

Holiday booked last year, and hour transfer from Barcelona airport, to be able to fly from Luton worth it. Room is clean and well maintained with daily maid service, coffee and tea replenishment daily. The staff are great breakfast is good with plenty of selection for anyone's taste. We have half board which is more than enough, one point is the cost of drinks be careful to read the menu before ordering they seem make up the prices. Shower is a plus point very good compared to others we have stayed in. Loving sea and beach views the beach is on your door step. They are working on the promenade but they guys are keeping the noise to a limit and don't start till 8am. All in all great location would come again.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel over 10 days. I will get straight to the point. Positives below, - Fantastic location which has great disable friendly access to the beach. -Cleaners do a fantastic job of cleaning all rooms daily and respect your privacy while doing this. -My experience with all staff members was positive. -Outdoor entertainment was good. -Good pool options for all ages -Good balcony views especially over the beach with distant views of larger hills and small mountains in the distance. -Shop across the road was friendly. -Easy to get dinner with plenty of options on offer to eat -Good Gym if you find it -A/C works really well in my room Negatives -Food in my opinion needs massive improvement. I went to a few Irish bars and I have to say the food I had at all these bars were far better than the hotel. -Lifts broke down a few times and maybe need inspected further. -Although this never affected me! I did notice especially around the pool that a lot of the Balconies don’t have a light on them. This may cause a few issues for visitors. -Some balconies are small -Balcony seats are uncomfortable -Balcony door handles are loose and need tightened -Lack of arcade entertainment including just 1 pool table. I would recommend removing all those sofas by the small arcade and try and add more pool/air hockey tables. I hardly seen anyone use the sofas. -Hotel has poor signage, for example the Gym was hard to find and we had to ask staff where it is. Thank you for your service and I hope you don’t mind my negative feedback. This hotel is excellent at most things and it’s just small improvements to go the next level. I wish all the staff the best and hopefully one day I may return for another visit. One final mention for your excellent cleaners too. Gary

We booked a twin room and ended up with a double (no thanks I'm on holiday with my mum) so they had to change our rooms. Then we had a water leak from the shower above, had mantance out twice in 2 days, when he finally sorted it. The room was OK, a double and a single with balcony. The air con is rubbish, I think it was on about 20 mins b4 it shut off for the whole holiday. Cleaning staff was great... it was soooo funny watching my mum try and get im bed every night cus it was so tight 🤣🤣🤣 Most days food was great but I was disappointed on the night before we left when the food wasn't so ..great... I had to take 2 bananas from the restaurant for the morning we left as I have to take medications in the morning whist I need to eat food with, because they don't open for breakfast until 8am, and we had to be out 15 mins early for transport so they was no way I could grab something the morning we was leaving. We didn't get to use the outdoor pool, and it took me 3 days to find the indoor pool and I never find the sauna. Level 1 bar was ok, we was all inclusive so they had 'snacks' at this bar and the didn't look very nice, and staff didn't check so people with all inclusive bands on was getting food for other guesses who was all inclusive. Outside bar just before reception well what can I say.. some staff was fantastic, and helpful. You do just sit down and staff will come to you, but some nights I was waiting over 20/25 mins for a member of staff to come get my order that I just got up and left, Some of the staff would rather serve the other customers who was paying for drinks. We did ask about tipping.. they split it between them all, and dnt get me wrong that's a good thing but if I'm not getting the right service from some members off staff why should I tip them knowing they are getting some of it. Anyways We did tip.
