  The hotel is located just a few minutes away from the bus stop that will take you to the Palma city within 30 minutes. The downside to this is that the buses run once every hour or 2. Another downside is the last bus that departs from Palma is at 8pm which is quiet early. The hotel is clean and at peaceful area. When we were booking it, we were told the hotel has a pool and it does but the pool was unusable because it is not well maintained. That was disappointing as we were looking forward to it. The wifi of the hotel is pretty slow and works in the reception area only. So, when I had an emergency email to respond to, I had to leave my room and go downstairs. Also, when we arrived, the door of the hotel was closed and a paper with Spanish numbers to call the staff was posted. We called a number and a woman greeted us in few minutes. We were then asked to pay a charge of €5 extra for some reason which was not well explained. Although it is an insignificant amount to pay, it was rather shocking to pay the extra charge with no explanation. We never saw the woman again and there was another woman who was responsible for everything. However, she was extremely rude and did not even smile at us once. While checking out, we were paying for our drinks that we had there, but the woman insisted that we pay by cash because she prefers cash. We said we unfortunately do not have any cash and are saving some for the bus fare. However, she kept on insisting. Eventually we paid her by card and we left. She did not even aak how our stay was and she did not say good bye. A nice hotel with extremely poor customer service.

  This hotel was really amazing. Our room was very spacious, super clean.... beautiful. The breakfast was also very good and the stuff was helpfull and nice. I higly recommend this hotel, we couldnt be more satisfied. There was also a very nice pool.

  Charming high-standard hotel with beautiful, lush garden and pool area. Good breakfast with quite a wide selection of cheese, ham, bread and fruits. Highly recommended.
