Hello, I spent nine nights here with my family. We only booked breakfast, but we also had dinner a few times, which was very reasonably priced at €16 per person, meaning you can actually eat as much as you want. The food was very tasty and varied, so everyone could find something they liked. A major drawback is the lack of clearly labeled dishes. One of our guests is a vegetarian, and it was difficult to determine what each dish contained (some contained shredded meat, making it impossible to see). The rooms were clean, spacious, and the beds were large and comfortable, cleaned daily. The pool was clean, and there were plenty of sunbeds, and the beach was very close, which was a real plus. The location was good; many tours depart from right outside the hotel. There are bike, scooter, and car rentals nearby, and you can also book tours at affordable prices. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Best regards.

Location of the hotel is absolutely great, close to wherever you want to go (beach, restaurants, shops, bus stop). The reception staff are wonderful and friendly. Rooms are decent size with air conditioning, which is necessary when outside is 34degree. Pool good size but access to the sunbeds is limited, 90% of the time occupied by someone's towel. The hotel has an easy access to the beach but no hotel sunbeds located on the beach. The beach belongs to a private owner with a silly price for a sunbed per day (away from the hotel, prices can be even 50% less). If you want to rest after all day, not in this hotel. All day is not much happening but from 9pm entertainment starts in Augustus and Cesar Augustus hotels (other side of the road) until around midnight.... no way to get sleep..... Lovely area with a plenty nice places where you can walk.

-it is not possible to sleep as every night there are very loud events at the hotel until at least 23:30 -air conditioning is useless, it cools down only a half meter area, rest of the room is as warm as the outside temperature. So if I close the window, I boil, if I open them the extreme loud noise (usually music) makes me think to never choose this hotel again. The location is great, but choose this hotel if you are happy to be up until midnight and/or you can sleep in a hot room

We had a truly enjoyable stay at Hotel Augustus in Salou. The location is wonderful — the hotel is right on the beachfront, which made it easy to enjoy morning swims and evening walks along the coast. The pool and surrounding deck were very nice as well, with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel breakfast was another highlight — for just €15 per person, the buffet was generous, delicious, and absolutely worth it. It’s a very family-friendly hotel, with lots of children and family activities, so if that’s what you’re after, it’s a great choice. If you’re looking for a quiet or romantic couples’ getaway, this might not be the ideal setting. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a small issue with the bathroom, and maintenance arrived within 15 minutes to fix it — really quick and efficient. That said, a couple of small things fell short: the pool bar drinks weren’t great, and none of the TV channels seemed to work. Not dealbreakers, but worth noting. Even though the hotel is rated as 4 stars, I’d personally say it feels more like a solid 3-star — still a great stay overall, with good service and a fantastic location. One last thing — and this is really important to me: After checking out, I realized I accidentally left behind my stuffed animal, Humphrey — he’s a small golden retriever stuffed dog and holds a lot of emotional value to me. I would be eternally grateful if there’s any chance the housekeeping team found him. Unfortunately, I’m not able to return in person, but if he’s found, I would be more than happy to cover any shipping costs to have him sent back to me. Thank you so much in advance for your kindness and help — it would truly mean the world to me.

We had a great weeks stay here, clean and well maintained, couple of issues though, minor but still need addressing, so around the pool from morning till close the pool lifeguard/towel police are constantly monitoring if your not stuck to your bed, so for example, if you and kids went for dinner altogether then you will find that your towels and belongings will be collected and dumped beside the lifeguards chair and your beds will have been gifted to someone else, I watched this happen to so many families and what a joke it is, it's just utterly wrong and the hotel thinks this is acceptable? The other issue is the pool is small, no blow ups allowed, no balls, no jumping, no kids play? I mean cmon, really??
