  This is a wonderful hotel. It is located in a quiet street in the centre of the town of Soller. The building is a beautiful old Mallorca villa with a very sweet walled area at the back with a lovely swimming pool and sitting area where breakfast is served. The rooms are very well appointed, very comfortable with a good ensuite shower room. We couldn't get the TV to work but we didn't really need it. The only negative about the room is that really a hotel of this calibre should have a coffee machine instead of instant coffee sachets. Also, there is no lift and if your room is upstairs or downstairs and there is no strong man on duty you have to lug your suitcases up and down yourself. Breakfast is very good but the service can be a little slow as there might be only one or two staff on duty and you will have to wait for your first coffee of the day!! Matthew and Monica are charming hosts and anything you need they will be there for you. Also, the welcome glass of cava is a lovely touch. I heartily recommend this lovely hotel.

  Fantastic boutique, small hotel providing calm and peacefulness. Staff were great, very, helpful and happy which made our stay wonderful. Soller is a small, peaceful town with all happening around the town square which the tram runs through down to the Port as well as the train station being adjacent which takes you Palma. This is five minute walk from the hotel though note, night life closes down around 9.30/10.00pm which really aligns with the peaceful experience you get from the L'Avenida. Bus service is three, four minute walk away so you have plenty of options to explore from the hotel. Breakfast was spot on, not big but more than enough for pretty much everyone's needs. Thank you Hotel L'Avenida for a wonderful stay.

  I can’t recommend this place enough! From the beautiful setting, to the amazing breakfast poolside, and the incredibly attentive and helpful staff, they made our vacation perfect! We were a family of 14 who loved getting to all stay so close together. The staff goes above and beyond to help you explore this beautiful island. They accommodated us perfectly and we hope to come back one day!

  Superb boutique hotel near Sóller centre square, friendly, comfortable, with contemporary design features to a historic mansion property. Excellent sized bedrooms (x12); comfy beds, clean and modern bathrooms, lot's of storage for clothes. Loved the pool outside our room in the courtyard with a permanently reserved table for our breakfast. Only thing to improve would be better coffee and possibly a bar/honesty bar somewhere....would happily hang out in the hotel more if it offered greater selection of food/drinks throughout the day. But that's a minor quibble as it's a bloody lovely location and property, we would 100% return! Also, love the fact it's adult only and situated next-door to a noisey primary school! (Made us smile though). Plus, Matthew the GM, is worth an extra star alone - awesome guy, originally from North London but living in Sóller for 20+ years. The perfect host in every way.

  We just got back from a lovely stay. The hotel is so well thought out, lots of lovely little touches. It was exceptionally clean, all of the staff were so friendly and we had great chats with them all. Our room was lovely and the breakfast included was great!! The location was perfect to pop into town for food or drinks. We didn’t use the pool because of the time of year but it looked delightful!! It really is such a lovely boutique hotel. There is a car park right opposite there is small but easy to get into (although I would recommend hiring a small car), there looks like there may be some changes to cars in Soller this year but if you need to park on the outskirts of town, it’s less than a 10 min walk to the hotel so still easily accessible.
