  Initially our main reason was the half marathon and once we found this place, which also included tickets to PortAventura, we were looking forward to our trip. The hotel and most importantly the staff are very friendly and helpful. Lastly, we really enjoyed the breakfast service too. High probably I’ll come again and stay at this same hotel again either with my family or with my friends.

  Location was perfect if going to PortAvantura park as hotel is very close and offers free shuttle bus, however not ideal getting to/ from Salou as buses were not 100% reliable. Room was very clean and comfortable however it does state on the website that standard double room has Kettle/Tea facility’s however there is none of this and when I asked reception for a kettle to the room they said they didn’t have kettles.

  We choose this hotel because it was near PortAventura and the beach, and we don't regret it! The staff is really nice and welcoming, everything is clean and breakfast was excellent, i'll definitely come back 😌 Thanks for the breakfast for helping me my losing voice issue 😅❤️

  The check-in staff were very professional. I have no complaints about them. However, most of the hotel services, such as the indoor pool and spa were closed. The breakfast was a mess. We arrived at breakfast at 9am and there was no staff member there to meet us. After waiting 5 minutes we sat ourselves. There were no breckfast staff the whole time that we were at breakfast, which was 45mins. The majority of the tables were not set, and most of the food was gone, and because there were no staff it wasn’t replaced. The quality of the hotel is what I would expect from a 3-star hotel, and the breakfast was worse than a hostel. Overall I was very disappointed, and would not have booked if I had known how bad the quality was.

  This is a lovely hotel and the rooms are spacious clean and modern. Our suggestion is that it would have been nice to have kettle in our room for making tea and coffee but perhaps that isn't a thing in Spain? We loved where our hotel was situated as it was out of the crowds that are in Salou but close enough to easily get in and out via taxi or bus. Vila Seca is a lovely town with plenty of restaurants and bars which serve delicious food. The hotel reception were very helpful and the pool area was lovely and quiet with a salt water pool which is great and always a lifeguard on call. The restaurant and bar area seemed to be understaffed although the servers who worked there were very pleasant and helpful. We only had room only and to be honest we were glad because we payed for breakfast once and wasn't that impressed so I think they could do with improving it a bit. Having said this we would still come and stay again just for the location and lovely comfy rooms. Although people need to learn not to slam shut their doors.
