Lovely hotel backing onto one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever been to! Slightly lacking for younger kids in terms of a playroom/soft play (which was a bit confusing from the pictures) and playground bit was a bit limited. However this was far outweighed by the warmth and brilliance of the staff - especially during meal times. Special mention to Candela who made us feel very welcome and was so brilliant with the kids who really took a shine to her! Thank you so much!

At first glance, this is a nice hotel in a great location. However, our stay was ruined by a severe ant infestation in our room. We complained at the reception every single day, and although they sent staff to spray the room, the ants returned daily. They were everywhere: in the wardrobes, on the bed, and on the ceiling. Even though staff admitted the hotel has a major ant problem, we were met with nothing but empty promises and zero follow-up. No compensation was offered for the significant inconvenience. After returning home, I sent a formal complaint. I received no reply until I followed up multiple times. When they finally responded, management claimed that "insects are to be expected" due to the hotel's proximity to nature. It’s clear that Iberostar uses the same copy-paste corporate responses for every negative review. I recommend choosing a hotel chain that actually supports its guests when problems arise.

hotel was fine, good buffet, nice beach. -1 star for cold hot tub, and another -1 star for not mailing my postcards. i dropped off 10+ postcards at reception with postby.me stamps (maybe those were a scam who knows) but the receptionist looked everything over saw the stamps i put on and said no problem we will mail them. its been 3 months not 1 postcard arrived.

The staff are very nice and the hotel is in a good location. Our family room is spacious and modern with a very comfortable super king bed and large balcony. There is a sofa bed, two wardrobes and a lovely shower, but no bath which is difficult for young children. We requested a baby bath in advance. There are some unnecessary features to the room, like a microwave which is defunct without a kitchenette. The food is very good and there are a lot of options, but the restaurant gets very busy. The restaurant also doesn't seem to have air conditioning so gets very hot. Although there is a 'kids corner' for food options, there are not plastic cutlery and bowls so you need to bring your own. The coffee at breakfast is awful but there is a coffee machine in the room. The cleaners don't replenish the pods however so we keep having to ask reception. We chose a room in the family area having read reviews that ones closer to the center of the hotel were very noisy in the evenings and we have a baby that goes to bed fairly early. Unfortunately our room backs onto the kids club so there is a lot of noise during the day. There is an indoor area by the restaurant for little children with some old, broken toys and a small climbing frame but it is not monitored by staff so older children over take it. The indoor pool is a great option for cloudy days but be warned the water is cold, even in the jacuzzi! The outdoor pools are also freezing, the sea is warmer! So nobody is in them which is such a shame as they look lovely.

It’s our last night at the hotel and all I can say is that it’s been amazing. Proper family hotel. The entertainment team are some of the nicest most fun individuals ever. They look after the kids like they were their own. They’re fun, happy and really make it a memorable experience. Not a single member of staff has been anything other than exceptional. We upgraded to a family suite (pricey but well worth it). Food is good. Pools are great. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. As a big hotel sceptic I’ve had my mind firmly changed coming here. We have a 6yr old girl and she’s loved every second of it. They get the kids on stage and get them involved in everything. If you don’t have kids it’s probably not the place for you. But if you do it very much is a safe bet!
