We enjoyed the hotel. It is nicely renovated, stylish, and clean. My only complaint is the room size, as we kept bumping into the TV. Personally, I missed having drinking water and a dispenser where guests could refill. The gym was a bit limited in equipment, but you can still get a workout. The wellness area was nice, though I would have appreciated longer opening hours for the wellness, gym, and pool. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the food at the bar was good too. The staff were pleasant. The surroundings of the hotel are beautiful, and I recommend going for a run to the lighthouse.
We had a wonderful stay last weekend in seaview rooms. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Rooms contemporary and very clean. Breakfast provided wide choice with glass of cava, which was a lovely addon. Setting of the hotel is lovely with shuttle bus from the hotel straight to port, all the were amenities available. Lounge area clean and welcoming. In the nutshell, we had fabolous time!
The hotel is very modern and stylish, with a stunning sea view. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable for a relaxing stay. The staff is incredibly friendly. We are especially grateful to the front desk manager, Vasyl, who helped us change our initial room to a fantastic one with a beautiful view and provided many helpful recommendations for nearby places. We truly appreciate his assistance ❤️ The food at the restaurant was delicious, we enjoyed both breakfasts and dinners. The hotel also has a great spa: modern, cozy, and perfect for relaxation.
We had the hill room and the view from the garden, it is a quiet room and nice view of the garden. The room is not that big, but it has enough space to unpack and move around, the bathroom has a wooden door, wind shield like. The breakfast is good with a nice view of the sea at the restaurant. The pools are great with different heights, lots of places where to sit on the sun beds. The hotel also has gym, spa and other activities. I recommend this hotel for not pretentious people, we liked it here.
We stayed at the Inmood Hotel for 7 nights in early September with All Inclusive and overall had a good experience. Check-in was very quick, but unfortunately there was a lack of general information, especially regarding the All Inclusive program (that we need a separate AI card for the bar, what is even included, ...). All Inclusive & Service The All Inclusive system felt inconsistent and confusing. At the bar, staff were often unsure about what was included. On the first day, nobody told us about the AI card, and even with the AI wristband we had to repeatedly remind staff that we were on All Inclusive. Sometimes we were asked to pay directly or sign on a device, other times just give our room number, and occasionally nothing at all. Very few guests wore the wristbands, which made them seem unnecessary, or even no one booked for AI. On the last day of our stay, the pool bar (where lunch and AI snacks are normally served) was closed due to bad weather. We weren’t sure if we could go to the buffet restaurant instead. In the end we didn’t eat there, but if we had wanted to, we would have had to ask at reception again. At check-out, we were also presented with a bill of around €138 for food and drinks. Once again, we had to clarify that we were on All Inclusive and had only ordered items that should have been included. After a short call between reception and the bar, the issue was resolved quickly. Taken together, all these points made the All Inclusive process feel very unclear and inconsistent. Food & Drinks The food itself was generally fine, but the labelling was poor. Sometimes there was no description at all (just the hotel logo on the screen), and other times the information was simply wrong. Based on other reviews, this seems to be a long-standing issue that has not yet been solved. That said, the variety of food over the week was quite good, especially at dinner, where the options changed regularly and kept things interesting. Breakfast, on the other hand, was almost always the same (apart from desserts), but still perfectly sufficient. Facilities & Rooms The air conditioning could only be set to a very low temperature, which made it too cold to leave on during the night. While there was a ceiling fan as an alternative, it was too noisy to use when sleeping. At the pools, there were visible green and black stains along the edges, and the ladders felt loose and worn down, which reduced the otherwise nice pool experience. Atmosphere The music was the same playlist every day, which became repetitive after a few days. A bit more variety would make the atmosphere much more enjoyable. Staff Recognition Special thanks to like Daniel from the restaurant/bar team. They were extremely attentive, polite, and fast – clearing plates immediately and always checking if we needed drinks as soon as we sat down. They really stood out with their excellent service and made our stay much more pleasant. Information On the hotel’s website there is no clear overview of what exactly is included in the All Inclusive package. This would have been very helpful in advance. Conclusion With clearer communication, consistent All Inclusive processes, and better food labelling, this could easily be a 5-star experience and we would gladly return.
