⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay – will definitely return! We’ve had such a lovely stay at Arenas del Mar and I genuinely don’t want to leave. The hotel is kept really clean and the towels were changed daily, which was a really nice touch. The food was always good with plenty of choice, and we never had any trouble getting sunbeds, no matter what time of day. All of the restaurant and bar staff were friendly and welcoming, but I have to give a special mention to the entertainment team, because they honestly made the holiday for us. Jonathan and Miguel were absolutely brilliant – the effort they put in during the day and at night is amazing. They really go out of their way to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves, and they actually take the time to get to know guests on a personal level, which makes such a difference. They brought such a good atmosphere to the hotel and made it feel so much more special. Thank you Arenas del Mar – we’ll definitely be back!

Great hotel right on the beach/coast. We stayed in a junior suite with sea view. Worth the little bit extra. Having read other reviews we were a little nervous about the food, but we found it to be very varied and of good quality. Mixture of local cuisine and international favourites. Pool is excellent - water is 29 degrees so can’t complain. Plenty of loungers and parasols. Overall a very good stay!

We arrived at 14:59 and, unfortunately, the kitchen staff did not allow us to take any food to our room. The attitude was lacking understanding and flexibility, even though we were there before the closing time. I believe that customer-oriented service should offer more openness and solutions, not categorical refusals. The experience left a bad impression, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.

A nice stay. Friendly service. Food is OK. Good variety at all meals. Coffee not up to much (from a machine). Plates and cups often not clean. Pool heated and not too busy. Plenty of sun beds. This area can get windy.

I spent a week here recently on a girls holiday. It came highly recommended. The hotel is lovely and is well set up for guests with poor mobility. We had an ocean view suite which was lovely and cleaned daily. It’s a fair way out of El Médano and a little isolated. The pool is heated, and there is an outside bar. Food - good choice of breakfasts. Lunch - sometimes there was something edible. Dinner - eat out! Drinks - beer was drinkable ! Wine - one step up from vinegar! Spirits and cocktails - avoid at all costs! It’s clear the place is well loved with many punters returning again and again.
