  Very friendly staff, perfect location. Rooms ok for the price we had, but we were out of season. There is daily room service, coffee machine in the room. No water kettle. Also a fridge - I found that handy. Only 1 chair In The double room. The bathroom/wc has no doors. There is a bar sliding door plus a curtain instead. Ok, but get ready to move your relationship to the next level of intimacy;)

  DO NOT STAY AT ROOM NUMBER 101! We arrived at the hotel around 1 PM. They told us the room is not ready yet, but will be at 3PM. At 3 PM we went back and they told us that the room had just been painted and it might smell of paint. The smell of paint was so bad that we had to get another room. They took us to room number 101, that was underground next to a storage space. At first glance the room looked nice and tidy, but the truth was far from that. As the other reviews have spoken about this, the room is in horrible condition. The bedsheets were very dirty and nasty. We could smell mold in the room for obvious reasons. There is a bathtub in the middle of the room and if water gets spilled over there is no drainage system, just wooden floor. Lack of towels in the room made it difficult to dry the floor. Moisture also built up in the room and water was building up in the room walls. There was also no handsoap in the room, only small packs of shower shampoo. It seems that behind the bed the mold had been covered with paint, since the colour is different in other reviews, before it was white, now it’s black. Also there was a cockroach in the room, but that wasn’t even an issue for us, since it’s natural. I do not recommend staying in this hotel, especially room 101!

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS Absolutely disgraceful experience. We booked a four-star hotel, only to be given Room 101 – a basement room that should not even be marketed at the price, let alone exist in a hotel of this supposed standard. The noise levels were unbearable, with the sound of running water from other rooms constantly disturbing any chance of rest. The electrical plugs did not work, and the room was filled with a strong mouldy smell. The toilet is exposed without a door to close it. To make matters worse, the hotel staff were nowhere to be found after 20:00 on a Sunday, meaning we had no one to raise these issues with. It was only later that we found out this room has a history of terrible reviews, with multiple complaints about the bakery above starting loud operations at 3:30 AM—and no refunds being given. Faced with this disgraceful situation, we left and booked another hotel, unwilling to endure a night in these conditions. It is utterly shameful that this hotel continues to offer Room 101, knowing full well that it is unfit for guests.
