  First of all:I wish my apartment would be that clean like this one! There is enough room everywhere, even in the bathroom, which is a big plus if you travel with a toddler. Beds are very comfortable, area and rooms were quiet. From our balcony we had side view to the sea and could see a nice park next to the apartment. It was very beautiful, you do not need the television if you have a view like this. Kitchen is simple but OK, we cooked daily. There was also a brand new kette and a classic coffee maker. The staff is very very firendly and helpful, you feel like you are at home. They were also very friendly with our toddler. 10 min walk from a clean beach, great restaurants and shops. The last morning I went down to the huge terrace of the Apartment, I watched the sunrise from there. It was very peaceful. Highly recommended!

  Staff are accommodating and friendly, room was absolutely spotless with good amenities provided, such as pans, crockery etc. Good strong shower to get the sand off after a day of sunbathing. Beds are hard but were comfortable for me, I guess that's more of a personal preference. All in all a very pleasant stay and can't wait to visit again!

  Nice hotel with a view over the sea ! Very friendly staff and we'll located in Can Picafort. Parking available near by. The room was nice and clean however I would have some points which you could improve maybe :) The air conditioning is not working so well, maybe because it's so old. Also when we turned it on a bad smell came out so maybe you should change the filters ?! The walls are very thin so the slightest move your neighbor does is hearable . It was quite bad when we wanted to sleep and the other apartments had TV turned on or simply talked, we could hear everything very loudly . Maybe some sound isolation will do some good. Besides this I recommend the hotel :)

  Everything was really clean but super uncomfortable bed!! At the beginning we stayed in room 301 which bed was really uncomfortable, both my boyfriend and I got back pain afterwards. Then we told that to the receptionist who offered another room to us which was great. They already know about this issue but still offer the rooms with uncomfortable beds.

  For it's fair price it is a reasonable choice, but 3* is a max I can give. There are two major issues I simply have to mention: - It's as far from "quiet" as it only can - and I don't mean external noices, because that can be understood in a location like this. But you can hear everything through walls - every snore, squize, opening doors, even discussion and other inter-personal activities from all around the building. It is just unbearable when you try to sleep and beds are not helping this. - Another issue is the WiFi - we picked the hotel because it advertised to provide internet connection so that me and my wife could work a little and be on-track with proffessional activities. This is impossible if the WiFi is 0.6Mbit and not even stable. (and LTE SIM does not help in this location) On the pros side - the stuff is super friendly and they keep the object clean and tidy. The location itself is also conveniant - close to the beach, but not right next to it, so the are no crowds around.
