I wouldn’t even give this one star!!!! We arrived and staff was ok on reception, upon entering our room the air con didn’t work and the room was dirty, no ashtray on balcony. Asked reception for air con to be fixed twice on both times someone came out to fix but never did on third time attending reception. Regarding this was told it’s been turns on in the whole hotel due to being end of season! One pool being closed early due to end of season that being the only heated pool here!! Kids pool freezing and only open 11-6 with lifegaurd that sits on his phone and leaves the pool unmanned whilst going for lunch! On days that the life gaurd would change he wouldn’t allow kids to have floatables but the previous did allow them leaving children upset and confused due to change of rules! Pool area floor never swept, pool had plates and other forms of rubbish floating around. Pool bar closed 2/7 days I was here due to bad weather one day was raining all day so completely understand but th other day had sun by 12:30! All inclusive doesn’t include ice creams they do have ice cream for sale but again only had one type of ice cream due to not stocking up as end of season! I paid £3200 for two adult and 3 children and we ate out 3 times as food was full of oil! Such a shame as this hotel has the potential for to be amazing! Was told we could stay in room free of charge due to no one else having to check in as closing in two days then when day arrived it became a problem and wanted to charge!!!

**Just returned back from this hotel** Actually This isn't a hotel, If you're looking to dress up and enjoy a sophisticated atmosphere with your husband or partner, who appreciates fine clothing, then this place isn't for you The Restaurants ceiling is so low and the Restaurant is VERY VERY LOUD !! it's a hostel with zero soundproofing rooms ! Phew how to start!! People were smoking everywhere - near children's pools, playgrounds, bars, and even inside lifts. We had to change rooms due to excessive noise. The all-inclusive package was a letdown, especially the snack bar, which was a joke. The children's pool was closed, and the adult pool had a water level that was dangerously deep for kids using the slides. The main bar area was a health hazard, with people vaping and smoking carelessly.Smokers smokes was filling the main bar area during the entertainment through the smokers enclosed door by the bar. The customer demographic was surprising, to say the least. We wanted to watch shows, but the stage area was packed with rowdy groups, making it hard to find seats. The shows themselves were underwhelming, except for the Michael Jackson tribute. The Halloween show was bizarre, with music like 'Sex Bomb' (Tom Jones) - hardly kid-friendly. In reality, this place is more like an upgraded hostel, catering to students and teenagers (who were generally well-behaved, I'll give them that). It was a shocking experience, and if I were solo, I'd have cut my holiday short. I complained to lifeguards and receptionists about the smoking, even pointing out a smoker in the bar area, but nothing was done. I have never seen so many teenagers students sport men/sport women groups in the same place before. Bathroom was pleasant enough cant complain. The staff are nice, and the food is okay - you get what you pay for! PsSmells of the rooms and the communal areas were horrible. Also if you are a Jeremy kyle show fan then you will like to be a guest in this Hotel you will fit perfectly!!its crowds very appealing!!!

20th September 2025 - Serious pigeon problem at the hotel who boss the pool area and snack bar all day. Uneducated guests leaving food around so naturally the area is covered in pigeon poo. Even witnessed guests washing the bird poo off their towels in the pool, disgusting. Bar staff particularly unfriendly and disappear close to last orders for all inclusive guests. No privacy in rooms as you can hear conversations in the room next door and the constant bang of doors from 6am to 1-2am is disturbing. Long wait for hot drinks in the morning, machines are slow and not enough of them. The hotel does have potential as location good and rooms are a decent size. Never a problem getting sun lounger round the pool area if you like feathered friends for company. Standard of food was good but barely warm on occasion so glad for the access to a microwave. The reception staff are very accommodating and a special mention to Raul. Sadly we won't be returning but ok for a budget family holiday.

The hotel is very large, it has two large buildings connected by a covered walkway, the main building, with the reception, is curved, the other is L-shaped. Check-in went smoothly, Patricia, young and professional, welcomed us. We had All Inclusive. We paid 4.5 Euros per day for the safe plus a 20 Euros deposit. The room was very clean, the towels were changed daily. The maids do an excellent job and leave everything clean and tidy, I caught them one day when we returned from the beach cleaning the glass wall of the shower with active foam. The furniture is new, but chosen with maximum economy. For example, only one of the beds had a bedside table, next to the other bed was the room table. The food was good, nothing to comment on, but nothing to mention either. The only oddity at this hotel are the green cards that you have to exchange every time at the bars for the hard plastic cup in which you are given your drink. It would have been OK with plastic cups if they had only done it around the pool, but it is very unpleasant to drink all the time at any of the indoor bars, except the restaurant, any drink, beer, alcoholic drinks, soft drinks from plastic cups. I have never seen anything like this in any hotel. And there is a bartender, Fabian, who has a strange and unfriendly behavior. We never used the pools, we preferred to go to the beach.

Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and bathroom was lovely, very big shower, no bath which wasn’t an issue for us and the room was slightly small. All the staff were friendly, the pool areas were nice with a nice place area for kids. Only issue is that people were reserving sunbeds from before 8am and weren’t appearing to use them until atleast 1pm. We chose the half board option, the food options let the hotel down, very repetitive, not much choice and guests were rude, you would be queuing to use the coffee machine and people would walk right infront of you to use it next, one of the worst hotels I’ve been to for food choices, meal times were very stressful. However everything else was lovely, hotel was modern and was in a great location. Hotel entertainment was impressive in the evening. If I stayed again i would go self catering as was only a 5 minute walk from plenty of shops and restaurants. 10/15 minute walk from beach.
