  Great hotel for a weekend getaway. It’s right next to the airport and parking is super easy. The staff are a 10/10 — special mention to Laura for her attention and thoughtful details.   Thanks for the nice stay, thanks for the nice food and kind employees :) All was very clean, the free sauna was great too. A bit negative was the acoustic isolation towards the corridor. We'll come back. Adiós.

  Unfortunately I ended up very sick whilst I was there and am still recovering. I had medical tests done that confirmed I contracted a parasitic form of pneumonia which is likely caused by a lack of proper maintenance of the air conditioning and ventilation system in the main hall (as I was here for an event). As a result I am still on antibiotics because of it. Rooms were very small and every noise from next door and above can be heard. Also got lots of bites on my legs (not bed bugs) but something else that was in the room. The food was nice but glasses especially to get juice or water were very dirty. The food should also be labeled better for anyone who has allergens or intolerances. I don't think I will stay here again and have never been this sick from staying at a hotel.

  The staff is extremely helpful, kind and professional. I am intolerant to gluten and they were extremely helpful in finding alternatives on meals. The food is great, we tried it as part of the all-inclusive pack and we experienced a lot of meals. We went now in August and there is a lot of variety of food and each night we had different food themes like Mexican, Asian, etc. The rooms have a bad smell of sewers but we figured out it is not a problem from the hotel but from the town. And when we reported and asked for help the staff immediately took measures to help clean the air and made it smell better. Noise insulation in the rooms is not great but the rooms despite being a bit dated and small are very well clean and functional. An overall great experience, I recommend it a lot! 🙂 A special thanks to Andres, Michele, Andrea, Camila and Ely! 🙏🏻

  Very good hotel, the staff was very friendly, helpful and the hotel was very clean and tidy. The food was very good and it had an excellent variety during the 2 weeks we were staying. We had all inclusive and it had some alcohol consumption restrictions which to be honest didn’t feel bad. The rooms are good enough but the hotel should provide water bottle on the rooms, we often heard other guests meaning the walls are thin. We would recommend anyone a stay here but the area close to the beach isn’t the best for families.
