A 3 star hotel that fully deserves the price. The apartments are big enough for a stay with family or friends. The hostess Maria recommended us a very beautiful apartment with sunrise view. I fully recommend the 2 rooms apartment in the building "2" second floor. The food is ok, but not too varied. What was a bit strange, that even if you buy the breakfast-dinner offer, at dinner you have to pay for drinks ( it was from the start indicated in the booking) but anyway I find this not customer oriented. The nearby beach it astonishing.

The + The staff is super friendly and serviceable. The hotel is very well located: both close to Palma and above a superb beach. The surroundings are nice, it feels good being there. Facilities are what you'd expect from a 3*, no more no less. The - The sound insulation is horrendous - I've simply never experienced anything like that. Everything sounds like an echo chamber, walls made of paper; you can hear every drop of water in the neighboring pipes, the footsteps in hallways, any door being closed in the entire building. Really, the first person that wakes up will awake the entire block you're in. Rooms need maintenance, ours smelled like an old attic.

Rooms Our room was full of flies/moths. It was disgusting. We were killing 50-60 of them every day - this is not an exaggeration! It also had 5-6 massive cockroaches. Air-conditioning It said in the description that the rooms have AC. We had two bedrooms. Only one bedroom had AC. Apparently that was the case with every apartment they had. When asked about it, they said we should leave our doors open so we get the AC from the living room. This is misleading. Breakfast Breakfast was decent with a variety of options. But 8:00-10:00 window is too short for a hotel or that size. It was extremely busy and you had to queue for everything and struggled to get a table. The view is beautiful. Good access to the beach. The rooms are good size. The building though is poorly maintained. Overall, I was so disgusted by the flies, I just wanted to leave. I do not recommend this place.

I had a great experience during my stay at the hotel. The food was delicious with a wide variety of choices, the apartment was clean and well equipped, and the swimming pools were always clean. This is a perfect spot for families. The location was also excellent – the hotel is close to a beautiful bay that wasn't too crowded, so it was easy to find a quiet spot to relax and sunbath. The highlight of my stay was definitely the service. Mateo was absolutely amazing – very kind, friendly, and always willing to help. There was also another very friendly staff member who reminded me of Denzel Washington – he made our stay enjoyable. 😊 Overall, a wonderful stay, thank You! 😍😊
