  The hotel is beautifully furnished in a modern and cosy style. The rooms are of a good, spacious standard with plenty of storage space and a small bathroom including a bathtub. The pool area is also very nicely equipped and invites you to relax and unwind. The service throughout the hotel is very friendly and attentive. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away. The evening meal is varied with a few ‘all-time favourites’ that are available every day (e.g. bread, aioli and pizza) and the breakfast offers many varied options, although it is not replenished as often as the evening meal, so the buffet can sometimes seem a bit empty. The only criticism is probably that the food is very mediocre. You can't really say anything bad about it, but nothing really good either. All in all, we had a really nice stay and felt very well looked after here.

  I stayed at BQ Sarah Hotel in Can Picafort and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While I was out, €20 went missing from my wallet, which I had left in the room. I can't say exactly what happened, but I am absolutely certain the money was there before I left and gone when I returned. This raises serious concerns about security and trust at this hotel — guests should feel safe leaving their belongings behind, and sadly, that was not the case here. In addition, the front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful, which only added to the overall discomfort during the stay. The only positive aspect was the food, which was surprisingly good — both in variety and taste. Unfortunately, that alone isn't enough to make up for the rest of the experience. I do not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to guest security and staff hospitality.

  I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel. The standout feature was undoubtedly the friendly and cheerful staff, who made the experience truly special with their warm hospitality and positive attitude. Every interaction was a pleasure, and they were always ready to help with a smile. The room was comfortable and well-kept, though one small downside was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom, which made it feel a bit stuffy at times. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise fantastic stay. I would certainly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

  The food was excellent! , it was cooked perfectly. The service was wonderful. The ambiance was perfect. Overall, "Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We definitely will stay here again, we have made good friends at this hotel, perfect 👌🏼 All the staff in the restaurant, reception, bar, kitchen and also the cleaners all work so hard to keep this hotel running smoothly. Absolutely a little gem!! I can’t believe it’s only a 3 star

  Rooms are basic but super clean (every day!). No tea or coffee in rooms but a small fridge which is handy. We liked the location, just a short walk to beach front and gorgeous promenade taking you straight into the heart of Can Picafort. Hotel pool area is lovely and the staff are super friendly. Breakfast was plentiful. Wifi is excellent. We would stay again.
