  Great hotel great location, rooms are good however instead of one big bed you get single beds pushed together which is kinda sad when you pay this much for a hotel room. The only other thing is the ant problem, make sure you don’t leave anything of food definitely meat or sweet stuff in your room as the ants will get it. Other than that amazing place, very good and helpful staff, great location!

  Rooms are very good. Everything you need. Spotless clean. We upgraded to a terrace room which was real good for us. Staff are great. Especially Marta on reception, she is so friendly and goes above and beyond to accomodate and makes your stay as pleasant as possible. Come out front door and your on the strip, plenty of shops bars and restaurants.

  Never been to santa ponça before so was all done on reviews. Sun beach was great for us,2 adults and 2 teenagers. We paid for sea view which was everything that we expected. Very clean and very tidy hotel, and a perfect for location, 5 mins easy walk to the beach. no sun bed wars at the hotel, but you you cant put towels down till 9 am as pool etc is being cleaned. Definitely would return to this hotel we stayed in room 605 Pictures show what we got.

  We've just recently stayed at Sun Beach and I can say this place is impeccably clean from the rooms down the pool area spotless and very well maintained. Reception team always smiling and always helpful. Our room was spacious,clean and had everything you need for self catering holiday, even down to little packs of cleaning cloths and a sponge which we thought was very useful. The cleaners do an amazing job changing everything every other day and always smiling such a great team. Our room was on the 8th floor with lifts available and the view was amazing looking out over to the beach highly recommended if you can get one. Although the hotel is in the busier/livelier part of Santa Ponsa we had no real issues with noise. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would have no issues rebooking, thank you for a great stay

  Booked this last minute saw mixed reviews but we loved it right in the centre of everything. Hotel was spotless clean, staff were lovely would definitely go back
