We stayed here for a weekend in September, and we were amazed at how nice it is! 3 decent sized pools and the views are amazing of the sea! We stayed in room 57 and the view from the balcony is beautiful! The food is lovely, the staff are lovely, the room is clean and spacious! Definitely worth the money! The location isn't great if you don't have a car because there's not much outside of the complex, but if your staying here I can't imagine you'd need to go anywhere because this place has it all for you! Perfect holiday! Would definitely return!

We've just come back from this hotel for a week all inclusive. We have stayed in 3 stars before and this is by far the worst, giving it a 3 star is questionable. The rooms were very bad, they turned a family interconnecting room into 3 hostel rooms meaning you could hear all sorts at any giving hour of the day. When asked to move rooms reception made you feel like an inconvenient and snob . The tiles were coming off the bathroom wall, no hairdryer in any room meaning you had to pay €20 for the week to rent a hair dryer. The rooms were not the cleanest either. The food was average if your not fussy with food. We also had to walk around with a plastic night club cup to get any drinks throughout the day. The flies around the pool were something else. Not very relaxing sunbathing with 6 flies landing on you each time. The sunbeds around the main pool where the bar are also budget, no padding, just not usable. The drinks were good however extremely strong to the stage people are throwing up in bins infront or on the floor which staff aren't cleaning up just sticking a wet floor sign over. As far as hotels go I will not be staying here again, not being snobby but like ive said ive said in 3 stars before and by far this is something else.

I honestly didn’t have high expectations for this place, but I still regret booking this so-called “all-inclusive” resort. The staff were generally unhelpful and seemed completely disinterested in assisting guests. On our second night (October 13th, around midnight), one of our rooms became infested with hundreds of ants. I went to reception, where a single night staff member was on duty. Unfortunately, he didn’t seem to understand either English or Spanish, which made it impossible to communicate the issue properly. That’s a major problem for anyone working at a hotel in Spain. I asked several times for clean bedding, as the bed was covered in ants. After repeatedly insisting, he finally handed over some sheets and pillows. He then sent the night security guard to the room, who simply sprayed ant killer everywhere and left. The strong chemical fumes made the room completely unsafe to sleep in, so my sister had to sleep on the sofa bed in our room instead. When I tried to follow up the next morning, I was told that room changes are never made at night, only during the day, which is completely unacceptable in a situation like that. The final straw came during checkout. The resort requires guests to keep plastic cups for drinks throughout their stay and return them at the end for a €4 deposit. I waited in a long queue just to return the cups, and when I explained that I was short on time, the reception staff brushed me off and said, “You should have come 10 minutes earlier.” When I raised the issues we’d experienced, including the ant infestation and lack of assistance, the staff simply responded, “You should have told us,” even though we had clearly reported it the previous night. The facilities are extremely run down and in desperate need of renovation. The resort advertises horse riding, badminton and squash, but the courts are all outdoors and the horse riding doesn’t even exist. The so-called “beach access” is via a dangerously broken staircase with missing steps and railings, which is a serious safety hazard. I read another review stating that someone had died there several weeks ago and it does not suprise me if this is true. When we checked in at 9 p.m., the restaurant was already closed, and we were only offered basic sandwiches. The bar also closes at 11 p.m., which is unusually early for a resort. The check-in process was painfully slow, and the staff member checking us in seemed distracted and uninterested in explaining anything about the facilities. The cleaners were also rude. One even started shouting at us in Spanish for simply being in our room after breakfast. The food overall was mediocre at best, though that’s somewhat expected for a budget resort. The only positive aspect was that the rooms themselves were tolerable, aside from the ant infestation. However, the location is inconvenient, far from any real beach, and around €40 each way to get to Palma. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances, even for the low price. The resort is poorly managed, the facilities are outdated, and the staff show no interest in guest satisfaction or safety.

Entertainment was good, main pool and bar was really good, food was a little bit of a letdown but small cafe up the road is amazing with fair prices as well, overall you get what you paid for with the resort being fairly cheap. Buses to Palma and s arenal are around 4-5 euro as a single. Bar staff were really kind and helpful and the market inside is overpriced. Room was really good for 2 people as we got a bungalow and everything is fairly local. Overall 3.5/5

if your looking for a all inclusive holiday thats relaxing & fun then this place is great!! The rooms are basic however were so clean and had a nice balcony ocean view. Our room was also directly next to the pool & bar which was great for us. The service was brilliant. Food was good for the price that you pay, we were happy with breakfast/lunch & dinner. Drinks are always good and the entertainment at night was fun & lively. I would definitely recommend if your looking for a relaxing & chilled getaway. It is far out from any other towns/areas however there is the option to take the bus or have reception call a taxi for you. We stayed in the hotel area the whole holiday and bought snacks & bits from the mini markets on site. No issues at all with the hotel it was exactly what we wanted and have had a great stay.
