  Had a great time at this hostel! The staff were so friendly, kind and helpful and the place had the festive spirit for christmas! Stayed in the 8 bed mixed bunk and honestly had no issues, all the other guests were friendly too and it was so nice to meet people from all over and share all our different xmas traditions. Always had hot water running, great location, right near the intercambiador la laguna. Loved the terrace area, so cosy and cute. Wifi worked completely fine and everywhere was clean. Would recommend to anyone and would love to come back :) Gracias Aguere Nest!!

  We had such a great stay at this hostel! The staff were amazing — super friendly and always ready with the best tips on what to do and where to eat. A special shoutout to Matheus, who even taught me how to dance samba! We also had an unforgettable time hanging out with everyone on the rooftop. Highly recommended! 🌟

  I feel absolutely privileged that I stayed at this hostel so that I won’t stay at any hostels anymore. Terrible experience. Awful facilities, poor maintenance, poor communication with the staff (barely anyone at the “reception”), and the cherry on top was that they allowed a homeless person to stay among the other guests in the room. I asked several times to change my room but the staff were not accommodating at all. Let alone the toilets and showers. The only positive thing about it is the location (close to nice restaurants and bakery and easy access to hike to Anaga) and the friendly staff, whenever they were available. I strongly advise against staying at this hostel.

  I stayed here for two nights. The breakfast on the terrace is nice, but it finishes very early, so make sure to go on time or you might miss it. The bunk beds are fine, though the rooms feel quite crowded and the washrooms are not nearby. The staff could be friendlier and more professional, I didn’t find their behavior very welcoming.

  I stayed here for two nights. Seemed nice overall. I stayed in one bed for one night and then had to move beds for the second night, that was a bit annoying. Staff was very friendly! Best showers I've seen in weeks
