  Upon arrival, we were given a room as close as possible to the reception (room no. 118), unfortunately on the street opposite the reception, so the entire hotel staff is looking into your windows. Monday, March 24, 2025 at about 4:00 PM, while ordering at the beach bar, a man in a wheelchair ordered 2 beers, asked the waiter who was pouring the beer for him (Alejandro) if he would bring it to his table, but the waiter replied that unfortunately not! So I took it to him there. Do you call that service?!? Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at the beach bar at about 4:00 PM, I said to the waiter when he was clearing my empty beer glass, "one more time please," unfortunately I didn't have enough beer, so I ordered again at the bar. Wednesday, March 26, 2025 - They can't close the door to our room! 118 I went to the reception with the fact that the room remained unlocked at 8.15am and no one at the reception! I had to wait for the receptionist to return from breakfast. Thursday 27.3.2025 Beach bar, I ordered a pina colada, it was disgusting, so I went to return it and have the waiter (Alejandro again) add more rum and coconut milk. He just added an inappropriate amount of rum and said that it couldn't be better. I wanted to make a normal pina colada after him and after about a minute of him repeating that he couldn't make another one, he made me a new one, but it still wasn't good. Not to criticize, the hotel was clean, the food was okay and the F&B staff were great, especially the breakfast server (older, smaller, with longer hair) and the evening old gentleman without hair, they are professional and nice people!

  Unforgettable Stay at AllSun Eden Playa! My experience was simply wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, making me feel right at home. The hotel's facilities are exceptional: the pool is perfect for relaxing, the gym is well-equipped, and the spa offers a variety of rejuvenating treatments. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant serves exquisite cuisine with a wide variety of options that will delight any palate. The hotel's location is another strong point, as it is close to the main tourist attractions in the area, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything the city has to offer. In summary, my stay at Eden Playa was exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience. I will definitely return on my next visit.

  Very nice hotel, beach and rooms. Staff service was good. The food was abysmal, worst food I have ever had in a hotel. Very nice gym but lacks a treadmill. Additional services all cost extra (usage of safe costs extra, beach towels cost extra, upselling everywhere - feels like a game where you have to buy necessary DLC all the time.

  Allsun eden the fake “all inclusive” hotel, when we arrived here after a 6 hour travel we were almost dehydrated and looked for a clean glass to get something to drink…. We couldn’t find any till we saw some long drink glasses apparently those were only for orange juice since a lady from the hotel angrily yelled at us in Spanish and german. We cant speak any of those languages, oh and by the way if you want some soda be prepared for the most sugary drink you’ve ever tasted even the milk taste like sugary syrup. The rooms aren't that neat either, mold in the crack of the walls (not only the bathroom) cracks in the walls and the room is noisy, you cant sit on the toilet properly because you have a giant glass wall next to you, there’s ants everywhere, even in your room. The balcony is bad too, full of ants and cracks and i dont recommend leaning on the balcony because of the look of it you have a 70% (if not higher) chance to break the wall and fall to your death. The animation is only in german since they probably colonised this place back in 1933, it really does make you feel left out, even the rules are in Spanish and german. You need to pay 10 euros for a towel so you dont steal it (and thats fair) but you cant even chance it for free since its 1,50€ for each towel. and for the grand grand final! THE SHOWERS! you want a warm shower? Hotel says nahh you get water that comes directly from a volcano, want a cold shower? Hotel says nahh you get water directly from an iceberg, want a lukewarm shower? Hotel says nahh you start with lukewarm and then switch back and forth between boiling hot and freezing cold + the water pressure is absolutely 0.
