  We have just returned from our 11 glorious days stay at this exceptional hotel. ALL of the staff we encountered deserve special mention. Valentine Group and hotel manager should be complemented for getting it right. The reception team were helpful and professional. Rooms are well designed and maintained. Pool areas and general grounds are a delight. Pool and Main Bar staff, their catering and service are wonderful to enjoy. Bar staff are hard working and special mention and thanks to Sebastian. The restaurant team again is exceptional and hard working, Christian special thanks to you our friend. Fabriana's service, Mohammed and Dan are terrific on the grills, as is the lovely lady making delicious omelettes every morning for us... HUGE thanks to you all. X. We are booking for 2 weeks next year and so very much look forward to being with you again .

  The hotel is located very close to the beach, the rooms are well-equipped and clean. The kitchen prepares very tasty breakfasts. However, the greatest advantage of the stay is undoubtedly the service. Especially Przemysław, who manages the hotel to ensure that all guests' stay was as they dreamed of, fulfilled all our wishes, and provided advice and tips on visiting the island. Thanks to him, our entire stay was very successful.

  Positives: • good location • plenty of loungers • use of courtesy room • fairly quiet • supermarket next door Negatives: • card payments not accepted at this hotel, cash only... • pool opens at 10am and closes at 6pm • decor of hotel, old sofas in corridors, old rugs, cluttered with antiques/ornaments/old paintings - makes the hotel appear very outdated • no food/snacks at the pool, no good for children • hotel drinks allowed only at pool, no good for children • no children's menu at lunch, no food/snacks served between 3-6.45pm • hotel information in rooms in German only • no English tv channels • very smoky at the pool, staff allowed this, no good for non-smokers
