We had an amazing stay at this hotel and we are already looking at returning. The staff are excellent especially Saul who was brilliant with the kids and ensured everyone had a good time even the very little ones. We were self catering as we like to venture out for meals so we can’t comment on the food however the hotel and facilities were excellent. Great location in walking distance of all amenities. Will definitely be back!
It's hard for me to imagine a better experience at a 3-star resort. The rooms and facilities weren't luxurious, but were very clean and comfortable. The staff at the bar was very friendly. The food was actually very decent and surprisingly good. There's good restaurants and an amazing beach 5 minutes away. A special shout-out to the entertainment team, Saul and Maria. They are amazing. Very good with both kids and adults. Our girls loved them! Thanks for the wonderful experience, Saul and Maria!
Just got back after a week here. Although it was adequate for what we needed, the walls in the room are paper thin, we had a room which had an adjoining door and had the pleasure of listening to next doors tv every morning at half 6. The cleaners storage room was opposite too so if the telly didn’t wake you up then the cleaners would. Room was cleaned every other day, pool area was ok although some days did feel slightly cramped. We looked at the sister hotel across the road on the last day and wish we’d stopped there instead it looks 100 times better. 5 min walk into the resort. As others have said the kids entertainer needs a medal he was very good, really nice guy. Probably wouldn’t stop there again although would go back to Santa ponsa.
Wonderful experience!!! The kids club / mini disco team, Maria and Saul were BEYOND AMAZING! They were so so sweet to our three daughters, and our kids absolutely loved going to the kids club and mini disco every day! The hotel itself is also wonderful! The pool is great, food in the restaurant was wonderful, and the location was also wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel if you have children!
July 2025 We recently stayed here for a week, as a family of 4 and were really happy with our stay. We arrived after midnight, the receptionist was so lovely and friendly, he gave us all the info we needed and explained the token rules for the cups- €1 for each token, refunded when you leave. We got to our room and were so grateful to find the sofa bed and pull out bed were all made up ready to use, as well as the air con which was heaven! The rooms are clean, modern and have everything you need including a kettle. Cleaners come every other day, and replace all towels you've used. Pool opens at 10 (there were 2 days when the lifeguard opened a bit late), he unlocks the sun beds at around 9.45 so no need to be up early like a previous review has stated. There's no mad rush for them, and there was always plenty of sunbeds for everyone unless you arrive late in the day. In which case there's tables and chairs next to them where you can sit by the pool instead. Considering its the summer holidays the pool area was not overly crowded. The pool is clean and the kids loved the slide. The lifeguard did spend a lot of time on his phone so definitely dont rely on him to watch out for your kids! Saul and the rest of the entertainment team were brilliant with the kids. My kids didn't use the kids club but Saul got my son into the water polo every day which he loved. He clearly works very hard for the children and there were frequent activities throughout the day. Regarding food, we were self catering but you can pay for a meal from the all inclusive buffet at any point. So you just go to reception and say can we pay for breakfast today for example and they give you a receipt to show on your table for that meal that you've paid and the staff mark it to say theyve seen it. Then you just help yourself to anything for the time that that meal covers. You can also pay to upgrade to all inclusive for a minimum of the last few days, prices are shown in the reception area, but we chose to eat out locally and got breakfast items from the shop nearby. As the meal times are over a few hours there was never a massive rush, always plenty of tables, drinks are self serve and food is replenished so quite relaxed. The buffet food was nice, lots of variety, changes most days and there's usually pizza, chips, plain pasta, sauces etc available for kids. The chefs obviously put a lot of effort into the menu and food. On the Sunday they put on a chocolate fountain and sweet buffet which was very popular. The evening entertainment was different each night, good to watch. The bar closes at 11. The beach is beautiful, we also went on a boat trip with Cruise Cormoron to see the dolphins, if you choose to do this, as a warning, the boats are crammed full with people, difficult to get a seat, so bare this in mind if you find standing for a few hrs difficult. Overall our holiday was lovely, we would return to the hotel again.
