We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The concept is truly outstanding — everything feels thoughtfully designed and creates a unique, vibrant atmosphere that really sets it apart. The music was excellent throughout our stay, always setting the perfect mood without being overwhelming. The food was absolutely fantastic — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A special shoutout goes to Laura, the best company at the bar ever! She is friendly, attentive, and makes outstanding drinks. She really adds something special to the whole experience. The rooms have been renovated and look modern and stylish at first glance. While the updates seem to be more cosmetic than structural, this is really complaining at a very high level. Overall, the comfort and cleanliness were absolutely fine. All in all, a fantastic place with a great atmosphere, delicious food, and unbeatable value for money. We would definitely come back!

I wanted a relaxing break and came across Cook’s Club when browsing on On The Beach. As a female solo traveller I wanted to stay somewhere safe and relatively close to the restaurants, beach and bars and this was a great choice! The staff are really helpful and accommodating. The food is good, not a huge selection but the prices and quality is great. The non-alcoholic drink range is also really good. The breakfast was especially yummy. The layout and design of the hotel is lovely, very nicely decorated, spacious and modern. Nice view from the reception and the pool, cosy rooms and just a nice calm atmosphere. I have visited twice and will definitely return again!

We stayed mid-week only in August and found that the start of the week is more relaxed and quiet. There was some fun party events towards the end of the week and a saxophone player (who was great!) on the Thursday/Friday which brought a great vibe to the place. The rooms were clean and well looked after by the cleaning staff. They could do some with some updates due to the age of the building but it was cheerful enough. The noise at night was a let down - we were supplied with earplugs which should have been a warning but it's most likely down to location of the hotel as mentioned in other reviews. The facilities including the pool, the staff and especially the food were are all really lovely and think they took care of us really well. The beach towel deposit scheme worked amazingly well for us and the wrist bands were great so we didn't have to take any money down to pool which felt safe and secure! Great drinks too

It was my mistake not to research the area properly before booking, and I now know it’s very much a party town. I want to flag that so others don’t make the same mistake. That said, the noise inside the hotel was completely unacceptable, with drunk guests running up and down the corridors screaming all through the night and into the early morning. I raised this with reception as well as in a mid-stay survey I was sent, and was told security would monitor it, but nothing improved. The walls are paper thin, so even normal conversations from neighbouring rooms carried straight through. I also felt uncomfortable with the behaviour of number of drunk guests around the pool during the day. As a solo female traveller, the lairy behaviour throughout the hotel made me feel unsafe. The room itself could do with some TLC, especially the bathroom, eg. exposed floors, chipped tiles and paint, and chipped taps. Additionally, the balcony door didn’t lock, making it feel even less secure. One of the lifts was frequently broken during my stay and the other one was very slow and clunky. Overall the entire hotel felt a bit tired. The main positive was the breakfast, which was excellent and the staff in the restaurant were great, but overall, unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it just wasn’t the right fit for us. It is advertised as a chilled out environment suited for all. The overall atmosphere of the hotel and area felt like a ramped-up version of Magaluf, largely catering to Dutch and German teenagers looking to party. Nights were loud and disruptive, with many guests returning extremely drunk, shouting in the hallways, banging on doors, and creating an uncomfortable environment. Apparently if you have an issue there is a security guard that should come up to deal with it. Cleanliness throughout the hotel also left a lot to be desired. One particularly unpleasant moment was when a staff member physically grabbed my partner’s arm to scan the credit chip on his wristband — which felt very unprofessional and intrusive. On a more positive note, the food was excellent. Both breakfast and dinner were consistently high quality and well-prepared. The real standout, however, was guest relations. A staff member named Mimi (apologies if I got the name wrong) was incredibly helpful and understanding. She quickly arranged for us to move to a different hotel that was much more suited to our preferences, and we’re genuinely grateful for that support. Overall, this hotel may be perfect for the party crowd, but for us, it just wasn’t the right vibe.
