  We had such an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything from the facilities to the atmosphere was great, and the staff were all incredibly lovely and welcoming. A special mention to Pablo, who was absolutely exceptional. His service was outstanding, always available, very funny, and he made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. He really went above and beyond and made the experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back!

  Service is ALWAYS the key to a great experience. The hotel was nice, great location on the sea front, not quite bordering the beach but very close. The food was gorgeous and variety on the evening buffet was good enough to make a difference night on night. The sport amenities were pretty average to be honest and the link with their sister hotel over the main road was key to this as the actual hotel we were in didnt have much other than the pool and gym. Padel courts and some other basic sports stuff are all accessible over the road and do cost (20 euro per hour for padel, Feb 2026). Free padel for guests would be nice. As for the service, absolutely impeccable. All the staff were wonderful and the what I assume was the manager swanned around with a smile on her face making sure everyone was happy 😊 Overall a great first every trip to the stunning Majorca!

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The entire team is incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We really enjoyed the heated pool and the stunning rooftop, the views are amazing. While the spa is on the smaller side, it is very well-equipped and has everything you need for a relaxing time. A special shout-out to the masseuse, who was a perfect 10/10! Huge thanks to Lilia and her team for making our holiday so special. We will definitely be back!

  I previously stayed here in 2017. It was lovely to return and see the progress the hotel has made. The manager Lilia is lovely, a special shout out to Esteban in the main restaurant also who was always friendly, chatty and helpful. A good range of choices for food were available for dinner each night. I enjoyed the view from the room, over looking the pool and the sea. As it’s out of season a few of the bars eg sunset bar is not open but the purple bar that overlooks the bar is open and a nice setting. I would like to return again and experience the sunset bar.

  The hotel was really nice. Esspecialy the service. We ate breakfast and dinner and pablo was realy nice. All of the poeple were really helpful and positive. They made my day and changed the expirience in the hotel. Big thank you. I would really recomend
