We spent 10 nights at this hotel in September 2025 and some good and bad points. The good The grounds are spectacular, wonderfully maintained green areas and the multiple pools are amazing (if perhaps a bit cold). The kids pool areas have a great selection of slides and cascades - enough to keep most children happy all day. The 'orchard' area behind the kids pool is tranquil and relaxing. The lunch area by the kids pool served great food every day in a pleasant setting. The not so good The food is good quality but it became 'samey' by the of the stay. The main restaurant has the feel of a canteen sometimes borderline manic. The room we had by the adults only area was very small with an awkward layout and a tiny balcony - if you want a decent room, avoid this area. There are no non smoking areas outside. There is no space outside to enjoy a drink. In the evening without entertainment. The evening entertainment is FAR too loud and you have no choice but to listen to it. The period just before the 21.30 evening entertainment has a cool laid back feel which is shattered when it starts. The resort needs an area where you can have a quiet, chilled evening. One evening the adult entertainment was a Disney show which would have been great for kids but for a 21.30 - 22.30 evening show? Overall The hotel is located a 35-40 minute walk from Cambrils or you can get a shuttle 'train' from outside the hotel. The resort is split into 2 areas divided by a stream (dry in summer) the main area with the big pools and hotel rooms and the second with a lunch area, kids pool, gym, spa and 'orchard'.

Just had a lovely week here with my partner I am disabled and found the resort very easy to get around, staff were very helpful and even helped us get to a pharmacy. Pools are very clean and it didn’t feel crowded around the resort. My only negatives were the beds were extremely hard which caused pain with my spinal issues and the restaurant was very difficult to navigate as there were no seats reserved close to the buffet (which has been my experience on every other holiday) so we were often sat at the opposite side of the restaurant. This meant trying to avoid people whilst im on crutches which lead to me getting pushed a few times, even my food knocked out of my hand and I fell when someone pushed past me. We did leave a suggestion to have some tables close to the buffet reserved so that people who not very steady on their legs and they seemed to take this onboard and said they will definitely look into it.

We absolutely loved the hotel! It surprised us that for a 4-star hotel, they had so many amenities. The food was fabulous with a great variety for both kids and adults. The beds were super comfortable. The staff was a highlight, too. Ariana, who works at the sports bar, is wonderful—so charismatic and she really makes you feel at home. The people at the bar were also great, and the waiters, especially those on the graden’s restaurant were very professional. The housekeeping staff was also very kind. We hope to come back again soon. As for improvements, we'd suggest a few things: The third bed (the junior bed) could be better. It would also be nice to have towels without a deposit, and to have bottled water and a stocked mini-bar (even a small welcome gift would have been a nice touch). Also, the spa staff wasn't very attentive. To sum up: everything was super clean, the gardeners were always working, the pools were large and clean, and the entertainers were great. We'll definitely be back! We even made some summer friends, and the atmosphere was very international. It's truly a great place to stay and visit.

Great for family holidays. Exceptional for gluten free/ coeliacs: buffet was labelled with allergens and great separate gluten free menu. Great gym: small but exceptionally well equipped for strength training for a hotel gym. Staff in buffet restaurant was extremely friendly. Great location at the beach, hope to come back here again :)
