Super friendly staff and a recent refurb. Pool is colder than the sea. 10 euros per pool towel deposit but you do get it back and can change them every day. All inclusive drinks at the bar are more normal than those from self serve machines. Breakfast food is ok but the evening meal excels. Service by the restaurant staff cleaning up and restocking is excellent. Entertainment for the kids is excellent for the time it's on. You can tell these staff love doing it. The rooms are kept clean, credit to the cleaners with hundreds of rooms to do. Rooms are cosy and beds are comfortable. Bus stops are on the doorstep and it's a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Returned yesterday from a short break at Estival Park Silmar, La Pineda. Professional, caring staff, very helpful. Beautiful room i stayed at room 2127, pristine, room easy to locate. Comfy beds, lovely linen, good shower products, free safe, fridge. Great power shower, hot water, even extra quilts in the storage area. Air-conditioning good. 8 plug sockets. Lots of English tv channels, superb entertainment team, day and every night and can also use sister hotel, also, fantastic bands. Thankyou to all hotel and entertainment staff for making my holiday so great! I enjoyed the good standard of yoga too.

We stayed at estival park in la Pineda for 7 nights, overall the experience was lovely. Unfortunately the only thing that let the holiday down was the fact that we payed so much money for us to be looking over kitchen staff and the back of another hotel. When we went to request a change of room they were very defensive and shooed us away. The pool was also a let down it was way too cold to swim in and had kids splashing and screaming the whole time even though there was a kids pool.. The rooftop pool was “closed” due to season however it was 28 degrees and they did not state this when we booked as we were extremely excited. The food was average there was many selections of food however it was cold near enough every night and we didn’t even go down late, breakfast was lovely. They offered lovely snacks throughout lunch and dinner. The bedrooms were always cleaned. The men bartenders were always so nice and welcoming working all hours of the day to ensure you were looked after and cleaned all the pool side. Overall it was an okay trip but could have been better.

Regret everything booking this hotel, worst service ever, worst holiday I have ever been on. Not even a 3 star I've no idea how they are getting away with the 4 star reviews this place is dirty, the pool is tiny, and the people are rude they do not want to help you. A couple days of my holiday my room absolutely smelt so bad I couldn't even breath it was like dirty drains seeping in. I really wish I could get my money back. I dont need 5 star treatment but this hotel was actually the worst. Oh and if your only half board you must pay to use the indoor pool, absolute joke. I had to pay €40 per person for a week to use the indoor pool which i had to use because the outdoor pool was small, dirty and freezing
