  We stayed at this hotel for 10 days and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the very first moment, we were surrounded by kindness, care, and genuine hospitality🙏 The staff are simply wonderful - attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The food deserves a special mention: every single meal was a delight! The variety was incredible, and everything tasted absolutely delicious. You can really feel the love and effort put in by the amazing kitchen team - they are doing a fantastic job🫶 The entertainment team is another highlight. These guys work tirelessly from morning till night, bringing joy, energy, and fun to everyone around. I honestly don’t know how they manage to stay so positive, cheerful, and approachable all the time - but they do, and it makes a huge difference to the whole atmosphere. What makes this hotel stand out is not just the beautiful surroundings or the great facilities, but the people who create such a warm, welcoming, and happy environment. You don’t just feel like a guest here - you feel like part of a big family. We are leaving with the best memories and a huge smile, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a truly perfect holiday! We especially recommend this hotel for families with children, as there is a kids’ club (4+ years), a separate pool, and fun water slides - everything little ones could wish for!   Having a fantastic family holiday at the Fergus Club Palmanova Park Hotel, Mallorca. The hotel is to a very high standard, and very very very kid friendly. It feels as if the staff are always on the go, cleaning and helping guests. The Animation Team are super friendly and full of energy, especially Claudia, Luis and Margot. Last but not least, we’ve brought my mother along, and let’s just say she can be difficult, but they even had an answer for this. Yem, a young gentleman who works on the main reception has been friendly, professional and had great local recommendation. Thank you Yem! In a nutshell, this hotel has great people looking after you, the rooms to a high standard and there are plenty of food options. 100% we’d come again.

  Amazing hotel. Just had a week here first holiday abroad with 3 kids. Weather was amazing the whole week, staff are brilliant, food is fantastic, the rooms are emaculate. Yem did our checkout and was fantastic with his service. It was that good we have already booked to come back in 2026. See you again and thank you for a wonderful holiday

  From the moment I arrived, Yem made me feel incredibly welcome. He greeted me with a genuine smile and went out of his way to make sure my check-in was smooth and stress-free. Throughout my stay, he was always available to help with any questions and gave great local recommendations. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such warmth and kindness. Yem truly set the tone for my entire visit — his customer service is second to none. He’s a real asset to the hotel, and I’d highly recommend staying here just for the fantastic service he provides. Five stars all the way! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  Had a lovely week here in the FERGUS Club Palmanova Park, our room was spotless and modern, much like the entirety of the hotel. Every single member of staff was so kind and delivered lovely service with a smile, we couldn’t fault them in any way, especially the animation team who were great in getting everyone involved in the activities and making sure you were never bored during your stay. We stayed all inclusive and the food was always great, the buffet was never cold and we liked the fact that you could get lunch from the snack bar instead of going to the main restaurant, however, one morning one of my family members had a fried egg with most of the shell still on the bottom of it. The entertainment was good enough for what we paid but don’t expect anything world class. Overall, we had a lovely 7 nights here and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in a budget friendly family holiday to the beautiful island of Mallorca.
