Family of seven, consisting of parents, in-laws, and two children aged five and under. To begin with, the entertainment was rated 10 out of 10; Ira, Charlot, and Julen were exceptional. Our children thoroughly enjoyed it. They particularly loved the kids' mini disco every evening, and the bingo was fantastic! The entertainers are truly skilled in their roles. There are only two lifts, and at times, only one was operational, which was not ideal. On several occasions, we had to wait a considerable ten minutes for the lift. We could not use the stairs as we were on the fourth floor with a pushchair, making it inconvenient. Regarding cleanliness, the hotel grounds were excellent. However, I believe that a bit more focus could have been directed towards cleaning the rooms. As for the food, there was a good selection of dishes and desserts available. The beach is just a five-minute walk away. There is a lovely café on the corner and a fantastic pizza restaurant. Not much was open since it was February.

Charlotte is an amazing entertainer we really enjoyed the fun activities she organised. She’s a wonderful person, very attentive and engaging. However the reception team could improve their customer service, and some of the restaurant staff could also work on this. The food was good overall, but it would be even better with a bit more variety.

Our stay at this hotel in Palma Nova was extremely disappointing and fell well below expectations. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong sewage smell in the foyer and lower ground floor, creating a terrible first impression. Worse, our room also had the same smell, especially in the bathroom, forcing us to request a room change. To make matters even worse, the hotel experienced power cuts three times during our stay. Shockingly, when the power cut happened, the staff made no attempt to inform guests or explain the situation. We were left in the dark, quite literally, with no guidance on when services would return. Additionally, there was no assistance for disabled guests during the room change. Despite our clear need, staff offered no help whatsoever, leaving us to manage on our own. The food was also very poor repetitive, low quality, and lacking variety. Combined with the dismissive and rude attitude from many staff members, our experience was extremely frustrating. I even used ChatGPT to translate my concerns into Spanish, but it made no difference; staff just shrugged and walked away. The only saving grace was the entertainer, Charlotte. She was fantastic full of energy and kept everyone engaged around the pool. Sadly, despite her efforts, the hotel failed in crucial areas: hygiene, communication, and service. If the hotel wants to improve, they must address these serious failings immediately.

Entertainment is brilliant!! Julen was full of energy and lovely to be around, he made our evenings and relaxing days all that better. The desk was very helpful for all the small questions we had. However the food could have been improved, variety and cooking was almost great.

So, before I go into the details. Me and my partner visited this resort booked as a package holiday all inclusive and as a whole we weren’t overall disappointed and our experience wasn’t terrible. That being said there are multiple points for concern I believe others may be interested to know. First of all, the all inclusive drinks were a complete let down, this was due to the fact that after reading the ingredients in the “vodka sun” cocktail (see attached photo) we were very disappointed to see that the bar tenders were completely bypassing the alcohol and effectively giving us juice (we are 22 years old not underage). Now this could be put down to an odd mistake or two if it happened only a couple of times, but over our 7 day stay we were understandably attempting to order maybe 8 a day on at least 5 days each and in total I can say we both got maybe 3 or 4 with alcohol in over the WHOLE TRIP. We even attempted ordering them as “a vodka sun with vodka in please” and latterly “a vodka sun with extra vodka” to no avail. This left us buying our own drinks from outside shops to bring in and drink which was a huge let down after paying for all inclusive. Moving on from the drinks, a HUGE concern especially for families with kids. If you are planning on visiting as a weak swimmer or with younger kids please read this part. On one of our days by the pool on the sun beds, there were two sisters swimming in the pool when one screamed repeatedly at the top of her voice for help as her sister was struggling and had began to drown. At first people stood by expecting the lifeguard (who was at most 10 meters away) to jump in and DO HIS JOB but no. So after 30 seconds of him not moving or caring two other men ran over and jumped into the pool. As they got the girl to the side of the pool they began shouting for help dragging her out of the pool as it was at the deep end. I then got up and ran over to assist getting her out and as I headed over, the lifeguard only just began WALKING over as I was getting to the girl. I would say at least he eventually came over but even after getting there he just stood by watching us all drag her out and when she was on the ground and out of the pool lying there coughing and recovering he just knelt by watching her. I had walked away after this but all we then saw happen was him talk to her and then go write something down. Me and my partner did confront a worker about the drinks situation at reception and basically said “are we doing something wrong, do we have the right wrist bands, do they think we’re under 18 like what’s going on” to which he may as well have just said I don’t care as his response was “if the drinks are not included in the all inclusive you won’t get them for free” which was appalling as the issue was the missing components of the drinks but oh well. I will attach below photos of the drinks menu in which people can see that the drinks and the alcohol we ordered are in fact on the all inclusive page. As much as I did still enjoy the holiday especially being my first ever trip abroad in my life, I certainly would not ever recommend this hotel to people as a first choice and certainly not if you wish to go all inclusive for the drinks.
