We spent our second big family at H10 Conquistador and we really enjoyed our time. The hotel is perfectly located right at the beach in a calm area of playa de las americas - so even with open windows it was very quiet and night. The other guests are mostly elderly or young families like us, very pleasant crowd, no wild party animals. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The food (we had booked half board) is presented very nicely and tastes great. The pool area is large, there are enough beach chairs for everyone and there is a nice bar where you can sit or purchase drinks or little snacks. Some remarks for possible improvement: There is no shade for the kids pool - maybe a large sun umbrella could be installed. Concerning the food: There are very few options for vegans/vegetarians. Maybe add oat milk, hummus or other vegan spreads for breakfast. And for dinner: why not add a vegan sauce for pasta (not tomato sauce) or a curry or some other vegan dish? The hotel is advertising about being eco-friendly- so offering more plant based options would be a perfect addition to this topic. And another comment on the buffet: declaring allergens/ main ingredients would also be helpful - not just for people following a certain diet. Last but not least we would thank the staff that always was very helpful, friendly, warm and welcoming! We would love to come back for a third time 😊
We paid for half board with the privilege and would recommend to others! The lounge was great, unlimited drinks and snacks and the terrace was lovely and quiet. Great selection and seems to be the way forward in hotels these days, this is the second hotel with this option we’ve stayed and provides a great alternative to all inclusive if you would rather other options. Our room was great, sea view on the privilege floor. It was my birthday while staying and a bottle on ice was delivered to the room which was a great touch! Staff were attentive and friendly, couldn’t fault our stay! Location was great, sea view and access to the sea front via the hotel pool. Thank you!
Amazing Stay. Hotel is spotless. Food Excellent no complaints, and the Japanese restaurant was a great experience. Rooms were clean and tidy and cleaned daily. Staff were amazing and everyone was friendly and could not do enough for you. Bars were great with the best cocktails we have ever had in an all inclusive hotel with premium spirits included. Animation team were friendly and fun. We would recommend anyone to stay here and we will defiantly return.
Excellent location near everything. Food was fantastic. The best i have ever had all inclusive. Various stations good food freshly to order. Room clean. Staff very friendly and helpfull would definitely stay again.
Beautiful hotel, facilities and location. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Really made you feel welcome 👏 Will definitely stay again. The only minor niggle was the process for getting a pool towel, where we had to pay a €30 deposit in cash only and present the receipt to return them. Which for a hotel of this stature is bit outdated in 2026. As I say a minor issue and not one that would stop me returning
