We stayed for 3 nights with breakfast included. The rooms were clean and bright, and the breakfast was good. We also used the spa, which was very nice, except the steam room which was cold. The hotel parking (€15 per night) was very convenient. The reception staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.
Firstly, this is a lovely hotel and the pool is stunning, the breakfast was also great. It’s good value for money too and the location is great for the old town and Santa Catalina. A couple of niggles, the water and minibar is added at the start or your stay but after that bottled water is 3.50 a bottle! They also put one beer and a few soft drinks in but that’s it. The suite for three isn’t separate rooms as the website alludes to and I’d recommend a room on a higher floor as the road is noisy. We had our young child with us and the only swimming slots are 9-10 and 7-8pm which is nuts, they were also militant about kicking us out. Most of the staff were lovely but people in Palma can be a little blunt so that takes some getting used to. Overall a really good stay but a couple of things that just felt a little unfriendly for a four star.
I was very happy with my stay. The staff was really nice and paid much attention to detail. Breakfast was very well done too, all sorts of healthy food and tasty. I would come back again most certainly next time I visit Mallorca.
Stylish minimalistic rooms ( we have the double executive room) 3rd floor. BED is great pillows also. Bathroom well designed. Missing 2 chairs to chill in the room. Big flat screen,minibar. No sleepers (maybe I shall ask?😎. Entrance to garage is a bit tricky (behind the hotel entrance....turn 3 times left and you be there 🙄🧐) nearrow! Nice roof terrace on 2nd floor. Very friendly reception. Michelin Guide recommended Cook and Restaurant (lunch menus 38€). Great rooftop pool..Sauna i will chk later...BREAKFAST is very very nice🥂. My special request because of my cold was handled very kind🙏 so thank you a lot 😊
Hotel is Fine so far, Standard room much too small. Upgrade Price on Website was 16 Euro in the Hotel They wanted then 30. What was unaccetable we wanted to eat a small salad in the Lobby just bought at the supermarket across the Street, straightaway came someone of the staff and sent us into our room. Strictly forbidden to eat something Self-brougt. Ridicolous, outside it was raining and there was noone but us in the Lobby. Also, we Rent the room and also the Lobby. Never come back
