  Stayed last September for 7 days ( wished it were longer) 3 adults and 3 children 17, 12,1. Had the best time ever. Couldn’t fault any part at all. From food, rooms, entertainment, pools staff and the bonus of its own private immaculate beach. With fish that swim round your feet. Staff were amazing , especially with the kids and entertainment. ( we now have children that speak Spanish). My Grandaughter Amy is hoping to join the crew next year as an entertainer. She sings and dances and can’t wait to join them. I recommend anyone to give this hotel a go as it won’t disappoint 🥰

  We had a blast here. Amazing hotel with friendly staff en paradise for children with a water playground with multiple slides. A warm inside pool and a nice outdoor pool The beach is beautiful. The food fine. Ideal for picky kids because of the neutral flavour of some basic foods like spaghetti or lasagna. My kids liked the fresh baked pizza the most. The beach was very beautiful. Nice holiday overall. Will definitely come back.

  My wife and I have been staying here during the 1st week of October for the last 8 years (kids are grown up so it's a quiet break for us both on our anniversary). The staff are always very helpful and polite(even during meal times when they always look stressed). The rooms are small and basic but cleaned on a daily basis (leave the towels on the floor in the bathroom and they are replaced). There is a hairdryer but no kettle. The TV in the room only has basic Spanish/German/french channels. There are 3 pools , 2 are at the front with a pirate themed mini waterpark for the kids and the main pool is around the back . These all have bar areas with the main pool also serving snacks.(This pool is always busy and you have to be quick to get a bed). The beach from the main pool is a lovely little spot to spend the day just relaxing. The food is adequate with a a variety of salads, meats, fish . Burgers hotdogs, pizza and chips is ideal if you have kids with you. There are a few restaurants in this small quiet area and the range of foods and prices are very reasonable. Going left from the hotel after the mexican restaurant is a lovely 30min cliff walk to the main town with fantastic views (not suitable for prams and people with disability),this is also where the bus stops are to get to the main town and other areas with a small shop selling excursions. The bars in the area are friendly and have sports on daily if you want and also provide a variety of foods.

  Wouldn’t class this as one of my top holidays, hotel was loud first night didn’t get much sleep as at 3-4am there was people arguing and shouting in the corridor. 2nd night 5 police cars arrived at the hotel not sure what happened but didn’t look good to say it is a ‘family friendly’ hotel. All you can hear though the walls are people snoring and talking all night. The private beach the hotel has is lovely. Can’t say anything about the food but all we could smell every night was fish. Great location if you like small bars and restaurants. Only a 5/10 minute bus ride to salou. Reception staff was helpful to any questions. Personally won’t stay at this hotel again

  A good family hotel. There are places for children to have fun and for parents to relax. There's a bay with a small, clean beach nearby. We had a room with a view of the children's slides, the main entrance, and the hotel driveway.The room was noisy in the evenings, both from people and the nighttime garbage trucks. The room was clean, and they cleaned it every day. The food selection was wide, but it was the same every day, and not always fresh. After a few days, everything becomes boring.
