  It was our first time in Mallorca and overall we really enjoyed our trip, but unfortunately the hotel was quite a disappointment. The room had some issues – we noticed bugs, and the walls were very thin so we could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms. There was also a smell of dampness in the hallway and partly in the room, and when opening the window, humidity from outside made it worse. Breakfast was the same every day for 10 days (ham, eggs, sausages, bread) without any variety. On the positive side, the room was clean and towels were changed daily, which we appreciated.

  So let’s be positive first… Beds were clean and very comfy! We were lucky to have a big balcony with views. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach. And there it ends, the rooms as stated previously are very basic, the shower is tiny! One plug in the whole room which was in the middle of the headboard! As for the noise, yes they are very thin walls but the main issue for us were the keys! Trying to unlock the doors was like taking part in the crystal maze, this could be easily rectified with new locks. Again breakfast was ok, but everything is very processed and cheap, although my daughter liked the new invention of breakfast jelly. Having to pay for a safe I think is unacceptable, the safety of guests belongings should be paramount, especially after returning to our room after it had been cleaned to find it had been left unlocked by the cleaners. Staff were ok, but definitely stuck to their roles not helping each other out. Shout out to the lady in the bar and breakfast room they definitely worked hard, with no help. Pool bar only serves sandwiches and chips. All of the above I can forgive for the price, what I can not forgive is the dirtyness of the exterior areas of the hotel, the pigeons were a problem at breakfast, with bird muck everywhere and right at head height on the railings, right next to where you are eating, floors had had a spillage 5 days later it’s still there, tables not cleaned, overflowing ashtrays, just pure laziness, as the guys who were there, were on their phones rather than clear a table or pick up a cloth. The interior red carpet, first impression was filthy when we arrived, we watched a piece of paper on the stairs for 4 days! A note also there is no lift and no offer of help with your bags, for anyone who would struggle with this. I think I have given a fair and honest review, if I could rate the cleanliness of the outside areas of the hotel it would sadly be a big fat zero!

  Well this place is absolutely ideally located (as long as you can cope with the small hill from the promenade), near the shops, beaches and bars/restaurants. It is also very inexpensive for what you get in terms of the room etc. It is however a bit dated, though it is kept exceptionally well and is very clean. It does not appear to be suitable for anyone in a wheelchair though. Breakfast comes with the room (or at least it did with my booking). It is adequate fare, but not great. Th Bacon is very fatty and the scrambled eggs had I think seem better days. The bread toaster was a tad old fashioned but eventually does the job. Both waitresses were really good, but the waiter was not the happiest. The reception staff and the cleaners are great. Reception are very helpful on pointing out where things are etc. I have left 4/5 as it was just over £60 a night for single occupancy of a triple room, which is great value. I would not want to pay that much more than this for a hotel that has obviously seen slightly better days.

  The hotel staff does a terrible job, hence the rating. We made our booking late and although they confirmed it, they didn’t get ready for us at all. We arrived late and really tired, only to have to wait for 20 minutes because the receptionist had no idea which room he could put us in. The room he “found” and put us in without checking it first was a disaster- dirty, broken, and no bedsheets. When we complained they put us in another room where there were feces in the toilet. We tried to contact the hotel later on for at least some sort of compensation as we paid 80€ for one night of this disaster! And nothing. They didn’t even deny the request, they just completely ignored it. Had to go through the booking customer support team to get some compensation. In addition to all that, they made us pay for water and a kitchen staff member gave me a remark in a rude way. I myself work as an entertainer in a hotel. We get daily 5-star reviews not because the facility is that great (it is not), but because of the way my team and the rest of the staff treat people. Well, this hotel deserves a 1-star for the way they treat people.

  Nice staff and clean rooms. However bad breakfast, wasent worth eating. The manager is also very loud which disturbed our sleep.
