  Update: This morning warm water was working fine. Bed was good, airco was sufficient, and staff on site was very nice. They apologised for the custoner service on the phone. Do i recommend? Maybe, if you're willing to accept bad and rude customer service on the phone (reception was very friendly). Maybe it was a three star hotel a long time ago, but right now the rooms dont look and feel like it. Ive been told they're renovating, so i have great hopes for the future. The hotel looks dated, the parking is next to a busy road and not gated. The airco was fine. The beds looked nice, the room was big, but the shower tap had green corrosion. The shower was cold (00:00 at night), customer service was bad and didnt fix anything. The entire building feels old, worn and outdated. Dont expect a three star room. Longer story: Stayed here for one night, had a long day of traveling. Arrived in time for check in (22:30), asked the reception for restaurants and went into the village. Once there, i got a text from 'Natalia'; telling me the doors close after 23, and i cant get in. Told her the guy at reception said i could, but his english wasnt the best, so i wanted to verify if the doors close at 23... (which is already weird, is it a hotel or prison? She confirmed, doors close at 23... Told her that the reception said otherwise, after which j got no reply. So instead of a nice dinner, i had to take takeout. Once returned at the hotel, the reception told me that she was wrong and the doors would stay open, just no reception and check-in after 23 (which was clearly mentioned on the site). Told 'Natalia' this as well, and again no reply, no sorry. Later that night i wanted to take a shower, after traveling and walking all day in the sun and heat, i felt dirty and sticky, hut no warm water. Called the 24/7 service, a cranky girl picked up (Natalia?). Told her no warm water, and the only thing she said was that she would call someone. Yet again no sorry. Waited for 20-30 minutes, no one came so went to check downstairs. No one here. Called again, and yet again this cranky girk picked up. This time the only thing she said 'No one is available right now, sorry'. Asked her how we would fix this, to which she answered that no one was available. Told her rhis was bad customer service, to which she just hung up on me.

  We stayed here for one night. Would recommend. Place was as advertised. Staff were friendly, room was clean. It is well located near the motorway.

  What I would add is that it lacks a bit of hygiene and maintenance. The floor was a little dirty, the terrace was full of cobwebs, and the sheets were a bit stained and wrinkled; I'd almost say they hadn't changed them.
