  Pollença is such a beautiful town — full of charm, great restaurants, and local shops. Hotel Desbrull couldn’t be better located, right in the center but still peaceful. It’s a small and beautifully designed hotel, spotless and full of character. Breakfast was included and really lovely — fresh, tasty, and a great start to the day. The staff were amazing — especially Francia, always so kind and welcoming, and Antoni, who clearly cares about the comfort and wellbeing of every guest. There’s no private parking, but street parking nearby was very easy. Highly recommended — a perfect base for discovering Pollença!

  Wonderful small hotel in the centre of Pollensa yet just out of the square close to everything. The rooms are lovely and clean, super friendly staff, they have been so helpful and breakfast is a lovely treat every morning. Highly recommended.

  Bad experience here, Nov. 2025. The guy who owns it lives in a different part of Mallorca and has no idea of what happens in Pollenca. So if the temperature drops at night, and you are cold, there is nothing after 3 pm. He is also not great at answering emails, texts, and phone calls. There was a big festival in Pollenca with bands going until 1 am directly under the hotel rooms and he had no clue and I was not forewarned and needless to say, not a good night's sleep.

  Boutique hotel with nice rooms and a good breakfast. Service via WhatsApp only (fully automated checking ans checkout process). Next to a side street which was surprisingly busy and the noise from neighboring rooms could be heard. Nevertheless recommended and a good place to stay.

  NOS Bar (from Hotel Desbrull) Hotel was already here. Bar opent this month. Sat down for breakfast. When the sun is out it is really nice to sit here. Bit "traffic-i” but overall nice. Waiter was really nice and when he saw the small piece of bread he brought another one.
