Amazing hotel! I honestly can’t understand the negative reviews — maybe they’re from competitors. The food was excellent and very tasty. We booked full board and the variety was impressive, from starters to hot dishes. Drinks aren’t included by default, but you can also book a drinks package if you prefer, which makes it very convenient. Our room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, it was standard room, fridge that worked perfectly. The location is fantastic — close to both the promenade and the town center. We also really enjoyed the little tourist train that takes you around Salou. Overall, a wonderful hotel that exceeded our expectations. Huge thanks to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Stayed here for 10 nights and have to sayI was very impressed. Set in the old town I loved the area for wandering the narrow streets with the locals. The hotel is spotless clean. Check in was seamless. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Lovely room that was cleaned daily. Our room faced the busy road but the noise outside was not a problem at all. Only negative was the walls are very thin and you can hear what's going on next door. Bar staff are fantastic especially the blonde girl. She was so patient and friendly. Food was very good and a great selection available on a daily basis. All an all a great experience was had

It was a little further away from the beach, which made it very good value. My room happened to be in front of the lift, so it was a little noisy. It was clean, spacious and with a balcony. The room doors were heavy, so there was a lot of loud door slamming. But if you close the door gently, it doesn't lock, so make sure you check before leaving. Rooms were made everyday, and conveniently during breakfast. The pool was clean and rather large. There were plenty of sunbeds, tables and chairs and music by the pool. We opted for half board, which included breakfast with dinner. There was the option to have lunch instead. Food was buffet style, which varied. Except for the pasta, everything was very tasty. I enjoyed my stay very much.

The spa was closed, and they didn’t inform guests before check-in or during it (the only reason I chose this hotel). When I mentioned it at reception, they told me that it wasn’t considered a basic service... At the restaurant, there were no glasses available for water. I took a wine glass (the only thing there), and a waitress told me that I couldn’t use it because it was for wine. I said there were no glass tumblers, and she replied that I should use a paper cup. I told her I didn’t want to use disposables when glass was available. A while later, she stood in front of me, mocking me loudly as if I were a schoolgirl. What?
