  Stayed recently for 1 night as we were going on a cruise day after. Good central location. Comfortable room. Receptionist recommended an amazing local restaurant for us ( la concepcion). There was a buffet breakfast which had great selection. Our bags were stored at hotel until our taxi picked us up. Would definitely stay again.

  We stayed in the hotel twice in the last 10 day due to cruising from Tenerife. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were a good size with a comfortable bed. For me Only thing letting it down was an area where you could relax and have a drink/coffee. Would stay there again.

  Air conditioner in my room. I am editing the review that I previously posted because I realized all of it did not go through. I'm 64 years old and I'm a female so I'm hot a lot The air conditioner in the room does not tell you the temperature so when we arrived I turned it on and it was like you couldn't hardly tell it was running and I had it on the highest fan mode that I could and I turned it down as cold as I could get it and of course I checked downstairs to make sure I was doing it properly and I was. Every night I was there I would lay in the bed and sweat because it was so hot. And with no airflow it just made it worse.For me I found the bedding to be inadequate The fabric of the sheets weren't very nice and there was no mattress topper so you're just laying on a, to me, and uncomfortable mattress. The hotel is hard to get a taxi to drop you off because of the area that it's located in that of course is not the hotels fault but for some people that might be older and need to be dropped off a little closer I wanted people to be aware of that. The hotel to me is just dated The furniture and the waiting area downstairs I thought was uncomfortable there's no outdoor sitting area for you to go out and set just to be outside at the hotel whereas when we stayed at the innside hotel which is very close, they had a pull upstairs there was a nice bar and a place to sit out which we didn't realize that this hotel. Also you have to have an adapter because there's not a place just to plug in your cell phone cord and get a charge in your room. I found our room not to be really clean there was hair left in the bathtub and around the edges of the door in the bathroom. So basically we ended up leaving The window open but unfortunately we were woke up by noise in the street but it was so much cooler outside than it was in it was a choice we had to make. The staff at the hotel were absolutely lovely! You could not have asked for people to be kinder. But I want to be sure that I leave a review of how I found it to be so maybe others can know and Make a more informed decision. There were a lot of restaurants to be able to walk to that were very close a grocery store that had wonderful sandwiches in it there were plenty of restaurants that had outdoor seating and you could sit outside which was very nice One such restaurant is right down from the hotel they serve the best passion fruit mojitos I've ever had in my life! And a waitress named Yane That's fabulous! If I remember correctly as you walked out of the door of the hotel you turn to the left and I'm pretty sure they were the second restaurant on the left. Once again let me stress, the hotel staff could not have been kind of but the air conditioning unfortunately was just Not good for me. Happy travels

  The staff is super nice and the location is great, however it doesn’t provide the services you would expect for a 4 star hotel. First of all, it is not soundproof, and the street is extremely loud. If they know this, how can’t they provide earplugs??? It’s so cheap for the hotel and it would allow people to sleep. I read many comments about the noise. Als between rooms, you can hear everything. In the bathroom there were no amenities at all, not a kit with cotton, they also didn’t have at reception. And there is no kettle in the room, they said it was for superior rooms, but we paid 504€ for 3 nights, so plus 170€ the night… A kettle is a basic service. We were very disappointed.

  Firstly, the location is perfect to visit the city of Sta. Cruz. The rooms are a bit small, but the bed is good and the cleaning is done very well. The pictures on the own webpage and on google with regards to the rooftop bar are misleading. There is no pool and are no lounge chairs. The bar is managed by another company, and it is made quite clear that hotel guests are not really welcome. The bar atmosphere is not really relaxing and the red lightning looks cheap.
