  Lovely spacious room looking over the plaza. Comfortable beds and lovely big bathroom. Only thing I think was missing was tea/coffee facilities. Had a lovely stay and would definitely go back.

  The location was great. Right at the Center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and very close to the port. Our room was very clean and the staff were so friendly. I’d like to stay there again next time.

  Great location right on a beautiful square in Santa Cruz. Tiny room with a large bathroom, it would have made more sense to put the bed in the bathroom...!!! No view from our room & more importantly....no air conditioning..!! I don't know how anyone could sleep here during the summer. Won't be back.

  Overall, the beds were comfortable, the showers strong and hot, the staff very kind and friendly. Not fancy but I would stay again in a heartbeat.

  The room I had was a small double and it was perfectly adequate for my needs. The only thing I didn't like was the shower which was fixed to the wall and was 10cm shorter than me, meaning I had to duck. The staff were friendly, always greeting me as I entered which was great. The breakfast at the Plaza was OK, usual choice of cooked or continental. All told, I had a great stay.
