  Small boutique hotel. Rooms are spacious loft style with kitchenettes. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Location is close to many eating options. Ideal for Carnival (if you want to be close). If you opt for the included breakfast, know the hotel does not have a kitchen or restaurant. They food provided is good, but cheaper options are just a few steps away.

  Loved everything about this hotel. I go to this town pretty often and know many hotels in the area. This one is now my number one in Santa Cruz. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. It is an old building that has been refurbished to a high standard. Yes, you can hear some noise from other guests but that's normal in old Spanish building and it didn't really bothered me as I think guests at the time managed to keep noise to the minimum. No sound from the streets tho, and the hotel is located in a quiet area but still close to everything. Also, the girls at reception were lovely and accommodating. I arrived too early for check-in and they looked after my luggage and took it to the room when it was ready, while I went to explore all the shops. 10/10, thank you very much for the awesome hospitality.

  Fantastic stay at Hi Suites, we had a duplex room, very spacious for two, nice bed. The location is very central, everything in a walking distance. The reception staff is very nice, talkative and super helpful. The only downside I would say is that sound insolation is not optimal. If hotel guests respect the house rules (made aware at the check-in) then it is fine, however they were guests that did not care much. Yet the staff took actions against that 👍.

  Loved this place so much, we extended our stay and upgraded. Perfect location. Clean and charming. The Mezzanine bedroom was unique and felt like you were staying in a suite

  Spacious, clean suites in a great location. Reception staff are friendly and smiley. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Photos are true to how the rooms are. The beds are very firm. Lots of restaurants nearby. Definitely would recommend the Hi Suites. (Be aware, this is the Emblematico Hi Suites - and different from the nearby Emblematico hotel).
