Just came back from an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel and I honestly didn’t want to leave 😄 Everything was perfect — beautiful rooms, spotless facilities, relaxing atmosphere, and a pool area that felt like a mini paradise. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the service. A special shout-out to Carlos, the waiter by the pool — he is incredible! Always smiling, attentive without ever being intrusive! Great hotel + great people = perfect holiday. We will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic hotel in a great location and brilliant service. We spent five nights here during carnival and it was a fantastic experience. Our room was always serviced to the highest standard, food was tasty and the pool area is stunning. We love treating ourselves to a few pool days on holiday and we were well and truly spoilt! Carlos kept our drinks topped up, made sure we were well fed and even taught us how to improve our horrendous Spanish! A massive thank you to Carlos and the amazing house keeping team!

We’re still currently staying here and have another three days left, but I felt inclined to write a review already as our stay so far has been absolutely impeccable. The pool area is wonderfully relaxing and really sets the tone for the hotel, made even better by Carlos who is always on hand with a great selection of daily cocktails. That said, all of the staff throughout the hotel have been incredibly attentive, Nelson, Shelia and Roberto have all been very friendly, helpful and genuinely keen to make sure we feel well looked after. The facilities are of a very good standard, the gym and the spa have been a pleasure to use. The rooms are comfortable and well kept. The air conditioning is a little outdated and took me longer than it should have to work out, although that is very much a me issue rather than a fault of the hotel, and probably didn’t help that I was too lazy to properly figure it out. Food has been consistently excellent, both at breakfast and in the evenings. The evening dining works especially well with a core menu alongside daily specials for each course, which keeps things feeling fresh and varied throughout the stay. Overall we have thoroughly enjoyed the four days we’ve already spent here and can see the remaining three days live up to the same high standard.

This is our second time at this hotel. It’s got the most gorgeous pool area, loads of beds and lots of space and peace and quiet. The rooms are very nice, a few things off like the light switches being too far away from the bed and the bed rolls if you try sit up against the wall. But really this hotel feels like 5 starts. The food at the pool was so nice and the atmosphere was made so lovely by Carlos who works at the bar. He made us feel so comfortable and always made sure we had anything we wanted. I will definitely come back again to this hotel.

We visited the hotel for our ‘Sprunch’ experience. Whilst the waitresses were very attentive, topping up the drinks regularly and serving in a kind manner, it felt like a rush. Each plate was delicious and we very much enjoyed the cava and freshly squeezed orange juice. Just they were served quite quickly. Maybe there needs to be less plates included in the brunch or small servings. Overall delicious but too quick. Thank you.
