Great hotel with an excellent location to get to shopping, dinner and museums. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby Busses stop right across the hotel entrance and there are other transport options nearby. Our rooms was modern and fresh. There was USB power sockets and wireless phone chargers by the bed, which makes it easy to charge your devices. Staff was very friendly and helpful with info on public transport etc. The fitness room in the hotel was good with aircon, however due to the small size of the room it will only fit 1-2 people at the time
A high quality hotel, only a few minutes walk from the cathedral. Handily, the airport bus stops almost outside the hotel. Large comfortable bed, great powerful shower and a quiet room, what more do you need.
Rooms are ok. Hair dryer , sockets, bathroom has shampoo and body wash. Towels are a little old. 2 nights for €350 ish is not cheap. So why are there no coffee supplies in the room? There is a kettle but no tea/ coffee or milk. Bought some coffee from nearby shop so asked reception for some milk and was referred to the woman at the bar and was charged nearly €2 for some milk to make coffee. This is poor service.
The room was clean but a bit small to be called a "suite" was more on par with a standard double. Breakfast wasn't great for €15 I would advise going to one of the cafes nearby instead. Staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any queries.
I had a great experience at this hotel. The setting and comfort were excellent, but what really stood out was the service. Manuel was exceptional, attentive, and always helpful. He truly made my stay special. Highly recommend!
