  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Selection Liaut Palma and truly felt looked after from the moment I arrived. I arrived early on my first day and was warmly welcomed by the smiling Bartek, who kindly made sure I had refreshments while waiting. Jhol at reception was incredibly helpful and ensured everything I needed was sent to my room — especially during my unexpected “iron emergency”! Andrea also gave excellent recommendations for places to visit around Palma, which made exploring the city even more enjoyable. The reception team overall was fantastic. At lunch, Luis and Mar made sure everything was served smoothly and that I was well looked after. In the evening, Nicole (who kindly complimented my outfits!) and the ever-smiling Miguel made the atmosphere even more welcoming. The food selection was excellent and very creative — a real compliment to Andre’s great taste. I also loved spending time in the lounge in the evenings, where Tanya always made sure I had a coffee ready. A special thank you as well to Yulia for her company and entertainment — something that is especially appreciated when travelling solo. The hotel, the service, and the staff were all wonderful. Thank you for such amazing hospitality and hard work. I hope to return again in the summer! Romina

  Iberostar Llaut Palma is such a beautiful hotel, my partner and I stayed for a week and were very impressed by the consistent quality of the hotel. The hospitality was excellent especially from our server Victoria and from the event planner Yulia. The rooms were spotless and came with a lovely balcony, and the spa facility’s and outdoor pool were especially stand out. We really recommend a trip up to Katagi Blau it really was spectacular, again with wonderful hospitality from Paola. A really special week, we’d really recommend and would definitely visit again!

  The staff were incredibly polite and lovely, the whole stay was beautiful and very chill. Victoria was lovely throughout our stay, and Paola in Katagi was fantastic too. Would definitely love to come back.

  Such a lovely hotel to stay at, will come back again!!! Received amazing service by Jennifer Bar Staff, Yulia (entertainment staff), Miguel (always helping in the restaurant and always happy to help). Overall I’m very pleased as they provide an excellent 5star service

  Exceptional Service from Susana & Lucia – Orza Restaurant, Iberostar Llaut During our stay at the Iberostar Llaut in Playa de Palma, we had the pleasure of being looked after by two truly exceptional waitresses — Susana and Lucia at the Orza Restaurant. From the very first moment, they provided outstanding service with genuine warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. They consistently went above and beyond to make our dining experience special — always greeting us with friendly smiles, remembering our preferences, and ensuring everything was perfect. Their positive energy and dedication created such a welcoming atmosphere that we looked forward to every meal. Susana and Lucia are an absolute credit to the restaurant and the hotel. Thanks to them, our stay felt even more memorable. We cannot thank them enough and would wholeheartedly recommend Orza Restaurant to anyone visiting — especially if they have the pleasure of being served by these two wonderful ladies!
