  Honestly from the moment i arrived to the moment i left i couldn't wait to leave this hotel. From the room being dirty on arrival peanuts on the floor behind the door. You wouldnt wanna be allergic. The room bare no draps cover the bottoms of the beds like in the pictures not even a bottle water in the room. I was all inclusive i couldn't even get a glass with ice until 11am each day. Roof top bar was closed no music playing staff literally moving people put of seats and loungers to pack them away. (Under stand they close for winter) but no vibe or atmosphere even though a good few people up on the roof top. You had to go in elevator down to the ground floor to get a drink wouldnt give me a ashtray as they packed them away the 2nd day I was there. I asked staff can we have music up stairs and said no were closing in 3 days. Sorry but your still open im a paying customer. Attitude from the bar manager was awful so rude. I was all inclusive I dont drink so just wanted a soft drink with a glass of ice. Told no. Fight broke out in one of the balcony rooms facing the ground floor pool where someone threw cigarettes into the pool. Didnt bother cleaning it up even though people told them. "Nightclub" didn't even see as it was closed. Food.... Disgusting, not edible. Cold. Not variety in hot food. Staff not offering our inclusive drinks. I was a solo traveller and left my plate to go up and get a drink and they took it. I wasn't finished eating. My phone and room key left beside the plate. Decor - out dated and run down but worse it's just Dirty. I won't be returning. Nothing but disappointment. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Maybe a 1 or 2 star.

  We stayed at the Indico Rock Hotel in Palma de Mallorca and the experience was excellent. The standards are truly high, just as you would expect from a four-star hotel. Breakfast was very good and delicious, with a wide variety of options. The service is fantastic – especially the cleaning staff, who are always kind and friendly, and the reception team, who are absolutely wonderful. The only thing that could be improved is that the security staff and the pool lifeguard speak only Spanish, not a word of English, which makes communication a bit difficult. Still, overall, the impressions were very positive. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma.

  This wasn't the hotel we had booked, but we were moved here after an issue with our original one. This hotel was clean, tidy, the buffet was amazing, and staff were friendly. Only downsides were that the pools are very small and the bars were not open during the advertised hours. This was disappointing as I planned to spend a day by the pool with my book, but I couldn't get a drink or anything to eat, so ended up having to leave the hotel when I didn't want to.

  I made a reservation at this hotel in Palma de Mallorca where I requested a Deluxe room with a Queen bed... When I arrived at the hotel, it was completely different from the photos. The room was tiny, with two beds and a bathroom, but it looked like a bathroom from a 2-star hotel. It was disappointing. When we complained about the room, they made us wait another 12 hours to change rooms and even asked for another €75 for the room change. When we arrived at the room, it was a suite that wasn't a suite and didn't have a single napkin, a single glass, water, or tea... the refrigerator was empty. I am very sad about this hotel, and it can't even be rated 5 stars... The only thing I recommend about this hotel is the breakfasts because the rest was a real disappointment. In terms of service, they choose who they are friendly to instead of trying to resolve the situation... I didn't like it and I don't recommend it. Even after complaining, they refused to refund the money or offer an apology from management. Very very sad

  Stayed at Indico Rock Hotel and overall had a good experience. The location is great – in a quieter area away from the heavy beach club noise, but still only 5–10 minutes to the beach and about 15 minutes’ walk to Megapark. There’s even a Lidl around the corner for anything you need. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms (including bathrooms) were clean and tidy. Housekeeping came daily with fresh towels and room service, though once they forgot to leave new towels after taking the old ones – not a big deal for me. Breakfast was very good: fresh, lots of variety, and plenty to choose from. The rooftop area is also a nice touch with a live DJ and bar, but the pool is small and seating limited. My main downside was the balcony walls – very low and offering almost no privacy, which felt a bit awkward. Also, the walls in general seemed thin, so you could sometimes hear coughing or music from other rooms.
