we had a lovely welcome from a friendly, helpful team when we checked in. our room was bright & airy, with a comfortable bed & pillows. the hotel feels modern & stylish (lots of mid-century furniture, artworks, plants...) get the A1 bus from the airport, and you only have to walk about 100m from the city centre bus stop to the hotel. it's also very near the train station (and the cute train to Soller). it's a slight walk to the main squares, old town, shopping district etc , but this is perfect for discovering local bars, cafes, bakeries etc en route.
This hotel is situated near to the main train station, and several bus stops, and is also close to lots of different eating places. It has decent-sized bedrooms and well-equipped en-suite bathrooms. The room I was in had a bath with a shower in it, a lavatory, a bidet, and a sink. There is a small, unheated outdoor pool on the rooftop terrace. There is a small gym, and a small heated pool in the basement. Both pools are too small for swimming, but are great for taking a dip. I used the gym and found that it satisfied my needs: free weights up to 15kg, treadmill, bike, cross-trainer, Swiss Balls, and multi-function resistance-training machine. The staff in the hotel are friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and speak excellent English. There is a good-sized sitting area in the downstairs bar, just off from reception, where you can sit and read, drink if you wish, or socialize. All in all, a good quality, well situated hotel, and for a totally reasonable price 😃
Average to OK hotel. 4 stars is too optimistic. It has a nice under-utilized rooftop terrace with poor, to no, service, while it has a great bar on the top floor. This could be used so much better. Now it is a dead top floor. “Pool” on top floor is not a pool but more a 60 cm deep fountain. There is a pool in the basement, but -no kidding- you have to pay 10 Eur to swim there, even as a paying hotel guest. Hotelrooms are average. Clean, but lacking of anything out of the ordinary. Coffee comes in nescafe sachets. Yuk! For the rest: - Very small bathrooms. - very slow service. Staff seems to be having their own holidays - Location is great though.
I stayed here for two nights and I‘m very happy about service, food and the room. Will definitely stay here again. The employees are everything a guest could wish for: Nice, helpful and even funny! Will definitely stay here again.
Perfect location to discover the city. Just hop on a taxi for the day at the beach. The room was nice and the team was super friendly and reliable. Just maybe a negative point at the rooftop bar where we had to wait quite a bit before being served. The rooftop pool is small but really enjoyable to start or end the day! The privatized spa was stunning!
