  Lovely apartment in Son Caliu close to bus stop just a minute away. Bus number A11 to and from airport. Easy access to apartment with balcony and lovely views. We travelled end of February. Weather was great 15-18C. There is a swimming pool (opens from 15 April till 15 October), there is a lift and friendly receptionist from 10:00-14:00 or on call if you need anything. Lots of shops , Mercadona 200 meters ,Tedi 400 meters and Lidl 450 meters. Lovely beach 270 meters, Calvia beach 700 meters👍Palmanova beach walking distance. Highly recommend.

  Can't fault the location. Beautiful coffee shops and restaurants on Son Caliu beach which is a very short 3-4 minute walk. The Mercadonia supermarket is just around the corner which is useful, and the bus stop for the A11 takes you directly to the airport. The room we had wasn't the greatest, and definitely had that 2 star feel about it. It was substantial for a base for the 4 of us, but we were missing what I feel is some of the essentials for a comfortable stay, such as: - Knives (we only had 2) - Bowls (we only had 1) - a tea towel - sharp knife - cooking utensils, such as spatulas, tongs, wooden spoons etc We chose not to ask for them as we just cracked on with what we had. The kitchen did come with some washing up liquid and a small sponge which was nice. The best part was the bathroom, which looked like it's recently been renovated and the beds were relatively comfortable. The rooms overall, bathroom aside, were tired and beaten up. However, the location was splendid.

  I really dont understand the bad reviews. We are on day 3 of 10 the apartments are very spacious with a nice quiet pool the hotel is located in a fantastic area 10 minutes away from all the restaurants and beaches. Dont expect 5 star and leave bad reviews just because your a tight git this was the cheapest option available for a short notice holiday and we have zero complaints and 100% come back again.

  We stayed for a week and have some feedback below on pros and cons: -broken door handle for terrace door so it couldn’t be opened and no action by staff when informed of the fact. (the owner came to our room to get bathing suit dropped by the visitors on the floor above us and it turns out the other side of the terrace door was open and couldn’t be locked. -luckily no break-in happened as the door could be opened easily from outside) -hair dryer not working and no action by staff when informed - charger melted when left plugged in when we were out for the day. Better unplug everything when leaving the room. - Safe wasn’t functional, so it was there for no reason. Could be due to a keylock pad being removed, which would be the first time in my 40 years of travelling I’ve seen that being done. + the pool was a hit with the kids + I believe it was the owner who greeted us and gave a fantastic introduction to Mallorca, with tips on sights and things to visit
